I can't imagine that those analytics are accurate it just seems so weird that so many people would watch but not subscribe. You are not doing anything wrong. It’s normal for most channels, usually 40-60% of viewers aren’t subscribed 😕 it’s cuz some people search up a certain topic just for one video so they only watch it for the info in the one vid. At one point over 60% of my viewers were subscribed, that’s actually considered really good! Anyway I hope she starts uploading more again, I like this lady & her videos. Her voice cheers me up & I just get the feeling she’s a truly honest reviewer (which can’t be said for everyone 👀🙈) I know I’m late to this but we’ll be here whenever you come back girl! 🥰🦋💘🍭

I’m genuinely shocked by the 90% figure 🤷♀️ I think having your name in the channel is a great idea, as you say it makes it more personal. I am a new creator (will be a year next month) it’s really hard not to get stressed over the analytics. I was getting fixated on my phone particularly after upload.. I am now scheduling video in advance so I’m not thinking about it as much (or even forgot when things are being published). Hope this helps in some small way. You shouldn't feel down about subscribers, there is a newer generation that is bombarded by constant ads and vid suggestions, as a viewer its overwhelming. RUclips has been having issues alot lately. Comments disappeared ect. 😕 I don't think their annalitics are correct either. Ppl that don't subscribe have commitment issues 🤣I know you want to reach a big audience but touching the few hearts you have, know, you have touched them deep and that's what brings them back. Do you boo boo! Do your channel the way you want. This is for you to have fun and relax. Personally I wouldn't worry about the numbers. It's your channel Do what you love. When it starts feeling like a job is when you lose your drive in my opinion. Yes life happens, but I feel doing your own channel is to be about you. Long as you're having fun what does it matter what the numbers say. Bean counters can be wrong too 😂 Errors happen. Not even a computer is always right. Have fun enjoy your channels. I try to watch all your videos that you put out but i don't normally have the time on the day it's put up. It might be a week or 2 later. I subscribe to quite a few RUclips channels and it takes me awhile to watch all of them. Plus life gets in the way. But i do try to watch them all. That's like i caught the beginning of the live and just now getting a chance to finish watching. Please don't get discouraged over the numbers. Sending you a virtual hug and friendship too. 😊

I subscribed to Dollar Diva 99 when she first popped up on my ROKU RUclips. If I want to comment on a particular video I use my. Fire tablet. Guess what happens when I try to comment? Amazon doesn't remember I'm a subscriber to your channel or anyone elses channel for that matter. I have to resubscribe each and every time I want to comment on a video. Forget about getting a notification about a video. That feature stopped working on my tablet about a year ago. You'll pop up on my ROKU RUclips recommended list like you did today but that doesn't affect my RUclips internet stats or maintain my subscriptions to any channels. It's very frustrating to hsve to resubscribe to a channel each and every time I go to it via my tablet. If this is happening to other subscribers it may explain your numbers. It is nice to see your beautiful natural nails. I will miss DD99. She let me know about reasonably priced art products and showed me how more expensive products worked for the typical heavy handed person who didn't claim to be an expert. I can't speak for why others may not subscribe. I can say what I enjoy watching. I can tell you what I am more likely to watch and more likely not to watch. All the channels i sub to have evolved and many are trending away from coloring these days. I just don't watch what doesn't interest me. You may have hit on one thing, listeners can sense when you are tense and having less fun in what you are filming. When I first started watching you I subbed because you were coloring and it matched my style (heavy handed). I don't know if my comments help but happy to chat more if you have questions.

I don't aim to make money from youtube, so I enjoy making videos very comfortably. I have my own business and I can't spend a lot of time making videos. So I can only upload a video once every few months. According to analytics, 89 percent of the people who watch my videos are not subscribers. But it's not a problem at all. I'm happy to have a place to share my interests. Your videos are very informative and I will support you!
There’s a saying, “Love what you do, do what you love” and usually you will find success. You mentioned that you are tired because of health problems. Many people are uncomfortable around such things. Yet, I have also seen an incredible outpouring of support and understanding because they too are experiencing problems. So, ultimately I don’t know why, but maybe they could hear the tiredness in your voice and maybe they need upbeat to keep themselves upbeat. Not sure if that makes sense or not since it is late and technically I should be asleep, lol. I do know that analytics have driven others crazy too. Yet, when they focus on doing themselves instead of focusing on that, they find that they grow. Not sure if that helps or not!
I think you might have boxed yourself in with the Dollar Diva name. Not allowing you to grow the channel in different directions as you yourself have changed and evolved over the years. People that come for the budget stuff might feel alienated if you start showing things on the more expensive side. Then the people who are more into the higher end supplies might just overlook your channel thinking is all about budget supplies. So kind of a catch 22. Plus the lack of consistent uploading probably knocked you out of the RUclips algorithm. I personally like listening to your chats and enjoy your funny comments when you do coloring book flipthroughs. ❤
My heart breaks for those numbers for you. My husband uses my account so a lot of the suggestions for me is actually his stuff which is irritating.....I pay for the premium so I don't have to watch the ads.....I'm a sub so hopefully I haven't hurt you numbers! Do you think the colortube market is oversaturated? People like haul vids and finished pages but IMHO I love color and Chats. I watch\listen to the diamond painting community (I am a groupie) and there are creators that do multiple projects including coloring but they don't show it on their channel as much because it does not get the views like the diamond painting..which to me is sad but it is what it is. I wouldn't want to put all that time and effort into a video and get squat in return! Too much time and effort for less or no views.....smh! That is so weird! It takes a second to hit the subscribe button. I don’t understand how this works. Like, this video so far has 1,666 views and you have 5,000 subscribers, so I don’t understand why they are telling you that you should have 20,000 subscribers. It seems discouraging for them to say that to you. How do they know that 90% of those 1,666 views are not subscribers? I am sorry you feel so sad about all of this. Necee my heart stopped! What don’t take away my dollar Diva! Ok it’s a name change. I listen quite a bit, have also rewatched a few. Why don’t people subscribe this is a tough one, from my experience I have noticed a few channels I’ve subscribed to have loads and loads of small videos like under a minute, not long after getting 10 new little things I’ve unsubscribed as well supper annoying. You don’t do this, I like the notification on live videos again you do just before I had notification on a live video a week before and it popped up quite a few times I unsubscribed this channel as well supper annoying. I do feel that U-Tube and there algorithms have a lot to do with why teachers (yep you taught me loads ergo your a teacher) like yourself leave. Art is a hard one I feel for U-Tube. Add prices for yourself wow sucks (just my opinion but truly very sucky) I also find they go in places that are annoying but gotta pay the bills (yeah right if your a mouse) so I watch them. Just keep being you. I hope you feel better soon ❤️. Looking forward to future videos.
Don't worry stay positive hun!! You are great! There's only a few color tubers I wait to see when each of their new videos come out and you are one of them! It just takes time for your name to span the giant void youtube is and maybe at the beginning of the videos before you start the content ask everyone to click subscribe and like before they watch. It does seem to get people to do it. I never really think about subscribing unless they ask at the beginning usually but you are a great youtuber and I think you deserve all the subscribers possible and u will get them. Its so hard lately to stay positive and I understand! Covid has taken a toll on everyone's minds and confidence lol hope u feel better and stay great!
My theory on why some channels have low subscribers but higher views is because many people don't create accounts. I'm sorry to hear that analytics are so skewed. That's disappointing. You have a charming personality and you're very funny. You've also had some of the best original content. Unlike some of the RUclipsrs that the algorithm pushes, you're not just recycling other creator's content. You're also refreshingly honest, and I've purchased several items you've talked about. Try not to take the analytics too personally. Speaking only for myself... I've stopped watching all hauls. I'm on an extremely fixed income, so I'm trying to avoid temptation. I've also unsubscribed from quite a few channels, for the same reason, combined with a a few other reasons. With a lack of money and storage space, I can't have hundreds of books and thousands of supplies. Watching a lot of videos just made it easier to hate my situation--and coloring in general--even more. I can't afford to have any other hobbies, and I've been coloring for quite a long time now. When something is literally the only thing you have to do,it can get to the point that you really don't enjoy it at all. It's just kind of easier to not watch videos that remind me that there are so many choices for books and supplies out there. I cannot afford the best of everything. I would not be bothered with a voice-over that uses the same coloring footage. Having that as the visuals for a chat sounds great!

I do feel that U-Tube and there algorithms have a lot to do with why teachers (yep you taught me loads ergo your a teacher) like yourself leave. Art is a hard one I feel for U-Tube. Add prices for yourself wow sucks (just my opinion but truly very sucky) I also find they go in places that are annoying but gotta pay the bills (yeah right if your a mouse) so I watch them. Don't worry stay positive hun!! You are great! There's only a few color tubers I wait to see when each of their new videos come out and you are one of them! It just takes time for your name to span the giant void youtube is and maybe at the beginning of the videos before you start the content ask everyone to click subscribe and like before they watch. It does seem to get people to do it. I never really think about subscribing unless they ask at the beginning usually but you are a great youtuber and I think you deserve all the subscribers possible and u will get them. Its so hard lately to stay positive and I understand! Covid has taken a toll on everyone's minds and confidence lol hope u feel better and stay great!
My theory on why some channels have low subscribers but higher views is because many people don't create accounts. None of my friends have ever bothered to create an accounf but are regular YT watchers. You are not doing anything wrong, Necee. But I just found this video as a recommendation. I'm sorry to hear that analytics are so skewed. That's disappointing. You have a charming personality and you're very funny. You've also had some of the best original content. Unlike some of the RUclipsrs that the algorithm pushes, you're not just recycling other creator's content. You're also refreshingly honest, and I've purchased several items you've talked about.
Try not to take the analytics too personally. Speaking only for myself... I've stopped watching all hauls. I'm on an extremely fixed income, so I'm trying to avoid temptation. I've also unsubscribed from quite a few channels, for the same reason, combined with a a few other reasons. With a lack of money and storage space, I can't have hundreds of books and thousands of supplies. Watching a lot of videos just made it easier to hate my situation--and coloring in general--even more. I can't afford to have any other hobbies, and I've been coloring for quite a long time now. When something is literally the only thing you have to do,it can get to the point that you really don't enjoy it at all. It's just kind of easier to not watch videos that remind me that there are so many choices for books and supplies out there. I cannot afford the best of everything.

The Dollar Diva concept is great. You provide helpful information. However, you can't mix budget-class art supplies with the crazy-expensive premium brands you buy and expect this channel to make sense.
