  • It's true that Sweden has musicians, songwriters, producers and singers of an incredible caliber. I don't really know what to ascribe it to, except that they must have a deep culture of music and creativity in their bones.
    Earlier I analysed Erik Grönwall singing "I will always love you" (Dolly Parton/Whitney Houston). This was so interesting, as he is a metal singer, too, covering this pop power-ballad. I just love seeing the creativity of such cross-genre projects.
    And then I discovered Tommy, whose voice is just next level. Seeing him turn "The phantom of the Opera" (Lloyd-Webber) duet into a solo quasi rock/metal version, was fascinating! I think he has a stunning voice and excellent skill.
