awesome video again....enjoyed the tour, my eyes were trying to keep up with everything in the store. LOVED the cowboy style hard hat!! It would be easy to spend the day browsing that store. Thanks!
I have never seen a place like that just geared to selling stuff to truckers here in the UK - quite fascinating to watch and listen to your commentary. Re the heavy duty rubber matting for the ramps you were discussing, I use pit conveyor belt from a colliery or stone quarry for my tracklayer on my lorry. However be aware it is really difficult to cut to length but it sure is tough.
Wow, this is neat, Would love a set of train horn for the Jeep Liberty, Would sure as heck get into a bag full of trouble with the law? Great video Sergei.
Good Idea on the mud flaps for ramps , good for grip in rain loading i bet. Get your 2 other wheel cover fenders I saw chrome behind you so likely they have back to match your truck and better price than here in canada. Regards J
Sergei, I see now what you mean about the nylon fifth wheel discs,so disregard my previous suggestion. My experience with the disc's was on a fuel tanker application years ago,and they worked ok. However I see now, there is some debate that Holland may not recommend them, and it could cause the pin to ride higher and not latch properly. With the heavy hauling, the grease packs are probably the way to go.
Doesn't look much different than 1990 when I was at Ft Leonardwood... Bass Pro shops isn't far away in springfield- you might try bobtailing down and walking through!
I was the Landstar driver who called your name this morning while you were in the shop. You were busy on your computer. How many times a day do people bug ya while you are going about your business? You replied with, "thanks for watching". Haha, that is a good reply because it both acknowledges a person but lets them know too that you are busy. Otherwise you would probably get engaged in all kinds of conversations repeatedly and it would take up all your time. Anyway, it was cool to see ya out here. Me and my dog Junior got to get on up to North Dakota. By the way, across the streer from you is 4states truck parts. They have everything and more than the Petro. They also have a real train horn in 3 or 4 configurations. It costs a lot more but it is the real deal. Check them out before you leave Joplin. See ya later.
Robert Manley i ran into another fan when filming this video inside the Petro. i replied the way i did because i realized right away you watched my videos and also because you kept walking and didn't stop ;)
It's cool I was hesitant to even say anything because you must get that a lot and you were busy so I didn't want to interrupt any further. Besides you were probably creating the magic right there and then on your laptop. Haha. It was cool to see ya out here. Happy trails
Uncle Sergei, I've just finished watching Crain Unloading in Menomonee ,WI, and I see they are being unloaded from a tri-axle step deck, did I miss a trailer purchase, or did you borrow one? Olen, in San Antonio TEXAS
I was thinking about the dash cam situation. Have you ever had any luck with using a wireless mic. There is another guy on RUclips who attaches a mic to his shirt and the sound is clear even when he is outside. No cords to get tangled up in or dangling. Might be worth a try. I love your commentary when you are rolling down the road. Great stories abound. Thanks for the vids. Mark
Canada Rob If you send me $20,000, I could probably get rid of the 18 speed manual and replace it with an automatic transmission. Please don't send small bills!
Hi Sergei. I have been using Rogers Roam Like Home for the last 5 months. I spend more than 10 days in the USA but only get charged for 10 days. So far the ads have been true. It actually works better than the Verizon plan I had previously. An additional bonus is that it works fairly well in northern Ontario. By all means check it out.

Very good video. That cowboy hard hat would be really great for job sites. You might have to paint it orange or yellow, though. :D

Colton Blumhagen Hey, don't blame me. Blame the Quebec mosquitoes. Those things are huge. You cannot get through without a Pettibone Speedswing!

USA train horns at 4states are the ones you want. Here is a link. www.4statetrucks.com/exterior/semi-truck-train-horns_263.asp
The red ones. They come in different configurations. Go to USA train horns on facebook and they have a video of how they are made.
