THE DBSR-50 IS THE BEST SNIPER IN BLACK OPS 3! Well, not when I use it…lol
Black Ops 3 recently got a ton of new content, including a remake of the Peacekeeper from Black Ops 2, a double-barreled sniper rifle known as the DBSR-50, and a new LMG with unlimited ammo (R70 Ajax).
I wanted to focus on the new sniper, the DBSR-50, in this video. I got it from a supply drop the night before actually using and playing with it.
The recent weapon balance changes have been incredibly frustrating. There’s no way sniper rifles or melee weapons are outperforming assault rifles or SMGs, and I think they could use some love.
I’m sorry for getting so peeved off in this video, but I’d be lying if I wasn’t mad at the fact that the weapon balance is atrocious in this current build of the game.

Nothing I love more in this world than Gravity Spikes, Overkill with Vesper and Brecci, trip mines, camping, and dab related emotes.
Snipers are definitely more defensive without aim assist. Maybe they could just make you have more aim assist the further away you are, but have it cap off at its max at a certain range.

If they turn it off and play, and get more kills than on pc... then its pure skill. Mouse is easier to aim, BUT IT FUCKING NEEDS SKILL YOU MORON! Its not " Point-And-Shoot", there is somthin called recoil-system. Making it a little harder to play in fps games. Every play CS:GO?

I agree with you Merk. Sniping was a lot funnier in the last bo game. And the movement system is probably the reason to that. The movement system also makes weapons really hard to balance, which turns people into using whatever you can kill with while you're airborne or whatever suits the new highly addictive ways of corner camping.
I feel you merk especially when people never se anything different in a game because some people don't like having variety in there gun classes or choices
