  • Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by actor Rupert Everett to discuss everything from the Russell Brand controversy and his own interactions with the ‘cancelled' comic on the set of the movie ‘St Trinian’s’, the backlash Bradley Cooper’s received for playing a Jewish role and much more.
Rupert quotes the Magna Carta when talking about Brand as he feels that no one should be passing judgement before he has seen due process.
He recalls his time spent with Russell Brand while filming, explaining that although he was a "strange character" he “behaved perfectly well” on set.

I have never heard anyone quote The Magna Carta. And how eloquent was it? Amazing that they got rights 600 years ago after a huge fight…and we give them away in a very righteous fashion.

Eloquence and style is disappearing sadly. Most of my generation would agree with that. Rupert Everett is a class act and it’s a shame there aren’t more people like him in his profession.

For goodness sake all of this Woke nonesense re. Criticizing actors who are not gay for playing gay parts.....not Welsh for playing Welsh parts or not Jewish for playing Jewish parts....Don’t these critics realize that an actor’s job is to PRETEND ?.....What words of wisdom 🤣🤣🤣 should we expect to be coming down the pike in the near future ? Maybe that “only murderers should be allowed to play the likes of Hannibal Lecter?”.....there seems to be no end to this Woke stupidity...by the way I like Rupert Everett , he speaks with common sense...IMO 🇨🇦🇬🇧

      He is still rather attractive.
I remember a good many years ago out clubbing with friends in London.
Rupert was there with a bunch of guys and you could see everyone just itching to go over and say hello.
My good looking but dim friend starts having a conversation with Rupert , all fun and jokes etc.
Then comes back to us and says the guys name is Rupert. He is very nice.
We all look at him stunned.
“You do realise that’s Rupert Everett? “
      Can’t be , he says.
Anyway, goes back and carries on with Rupert .
Returns a little while later and says, yes you were right.
      He had no clue ☺️

      P. S. : concerning the condition of the dead :
      Ecclesiastes 9 : 5, 10...clearly states :
"For the living are conscious that they will die, but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun. "

Now a comment regarding Russell Brand. If he had a an "Envy of wealth" he would have taken the $44 million U.S that the state of California awarded to HIM when he divorced Katy Perry. He did NOT take that money, he just walked away, and he remains financially FAR less wealthy than her, almost penniless by comparison. I think that speaks VOLUMES about him. Kudos to Rupert Everett for quoting The Magna Carta and a man's innocence until guilt is proven!

I agree with some things Rupurt discussed with Pierce. I'll say this, he's a good actor and was a stunning man back in the day. But, he gives off bitter complicated and tortured vibes most times. My thought on this stems from his early personal life from identifying as trans and having a long-term relationship with a woman. Then being bitter when his career in Hollywood tanked after he came out as gay. Understandable and it appears he's matured, figured out his true self. But, the bitterness and contradictions resurface. The silently shading Russell Brand is a good example. Plus his past interviews on straight actors playing gay characters kind of contradicts what he discussed with Pierce. Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but I picked up that energy back in his Madonna days. Regardless, I wish him luck and sending him good vibes. ✌️

One thing that stood out to me - she said he told her she had problems...it was to do with her eating. She said that she knew she did not have an eating problem. So Russell comes across as body shaming and controlling. Yet...two years later she was on a tv show called Rehab, she was seeking treatment for Bulimia! She said she had it since she was 17....when she dated Russell - he was 28 and she was 20.

What a joy to see/ hear Rupert E again. Such a talented eloquent man. A force for the good and righteous though I don’t agree about RB talking nonsense. He is exposing all the ways we’re being duped & lied to by entities we supposedly elect. His musings on death were inspiring and beautiful…
