Hello Everyone! Thank you for all your support! Wanted to share my new album #canalwalk ruclips.net/p/OLAK5uy_kuqeO0kfy9J1byjqkwhF01sdE0vGq3Fh0&si=rblwnXeCnw5xJfP9
I remember when these first came out, they were more expensive than a wired doorbell. Now they're relatively inexpensive and easy to install. I have one on the garage that also has a flashing light. It's handy for when I'm welding or making too much noise to hear it. What would be really cool would be if you could record a sound to use a the chime. Like you playing guitar or something Have a great week
sajidkhanmahmood I think it’s the same as this one where it’s got double sided adhesive and screw. It just depends on what you want to use and what is appropriate to use.
Bought one on Sunday from argos, Decided to hide in my Nephews sons room then take the dog for a walk at 4.30am like i normally do...then push the button. Standing at the end of the driveway you can here it and some foul language and the foul language gets worse the more you push the button. The last time i laughed so much was the time i switched on a small smoke machine in his room banged on his door screaming FIRE GET OUT. good purchase.
Hi I followed the instructions as per the pictures that come with the doorbell. As soon as I put the AA batteries in the unit chimes, however when I press the button on the actual doorbell it lights up but there is no sound. Also no sound when I press the little button that should allow me to change the melody. I’m thinking there’s something else I need to do to pair the two devices but cannot work out what, please help, thank you :)
@@asadr4264 I had the same problem but it may be because I put the speaker batteries in first, the AA ones, before putting the little round battery into the other part. So I took out the AA batteries and then put them back in again and it all worked.
It was included with the unit. Look thoroughly in the packaging when you buy the doorbell, its probably somewhere in there like with the manual or in the packaging.
There are quite few people who experienced it as well. There’s a mute button. Try and press either the volume control or the melody button: here’s the link: ruclips.net/video/PQW28Y8CqiE/видео.html alternatively remove the battery and put it back.
@@laichy6059 yeah there’s some people who experienced it. There’s a mute button. At times it’s just removing the battery on the doorbell remote. The flat round one and then putting it back. And then it will sort of reset/restart the unit.
There’s a volume button maybe it’s on mute. Hopefully, you can sort it. Sometimes it needs to reboot by removing the battery and putting it back. Hopefully it will work.
May be the remote is okay but the problem is the speaker/receiver. Try and double check the batteries may be it wasnt put properly or correctly. It should be positive (+) to your right then the second one positive (+) towards your left and the third battery should be positive (+) going to the right.
Same here no sound !!! The batteries are put in fine cos the side button on the speaker works ! But when only the red light on the other one !! No Sound when we press the button only red light
Try and remove the batteries then press buttons without the batteries, then put the batteries back and try if it works. It seems there’s quite few people commented here that the unit doesn’t work/connect.

Hello vincent, i just buy the byron DBY-22311 doorbell. When i putted the small battery inside i closed directly so i cannot change the ringtones now...
You can still open it using a small flat screw driver. Then you can change the ringtone to your desired tune. They designed it that you can still open so that if the battery runs out in the future you will still open it to change batteries.
@@vincentryanborres You explain on 2.06 after you put the battery, don’t close it yet. I closed it after i putted the battery. Is not ringing now when i push the button and i open it again for change the ringtone, but he is not changing ringtone and there is no sound when i push the button.
@@ridvanaltun1479 theres a volume button on the right hand side of the case and it probably went on mute. By the way, I’m only a consumer just like you. Bought this unit and shared it here. Thank you, watching the first part of your video helped me to sort out what I thought was a faulty bell, but wasn’t!
Welcome. Glad it helped you.
Thank you for the video! This is how I found out they delivered an empty battery for the button.

That would be great isn’t it. Yeah this is just £10 and quick solution.

Does anyone know where he got the small plastic bag with the batteries and adhesive from?

Does it have a Christmas chime lol

Has anyone cracked one open to add custom chimes?

Thanks for demoing the sounds. It's always a bit of a crapshoot when buying a doorbell unless you can hear the sounds first.
