That is a tough question to answer, you never really know the size till opening the tin. There is an option of finding them in glass jars (Ortiz) so you can see them but these are usually a premium priced option.

About 10:30, Seems like Port Sulphur Speck bite is an early morning thing. Should be even better after this weeks cold front goes thru.
