I recently googled how many calories a restaurant-size serving of Pad Thai was. At least 800-1000 calories! I used to eat the whole thing in ONE sitting, now I realize I have to measure it in 1/2 or 3/4 cup size portions in order to stick to my diet plan😭. I have to stop ordering out, I swear.
Yeah it’s kind of crazy when you find out just how many calories are in the serving sizes of certain things. I think it’s smart to portion it out like you said and also remember that you never have to finish everything off your plate. I wish you luck on your diet plan! I’ve been working on myself for about a year and it’s tough but so worth it!

Exactly, I hate how they say “oh we are so happy and healthy! We can do anything skinny people can!” Like no you can not, I’m 20 pounds overweight and I’m so miserable.. like no! It’s not fun to be overweight! Just being 10 pounds overweight can even put like 10x pressure on your knees. Seriously these people are lying to make themselves feel better.
I’ve been watching those videos for quite awhile now, and I’m shocked that people can’t see theirs (B)ED or just binging. I used to be like that too. Can’t believe how blind I was 😢 it’s not even about weight, it’s HEALTH. I’m on my weight loss journey and I hope I will never come back to this😢
