Bhai how to become a supervisor after being a security guard? And how much experience do people need of a normal security guard, if required?
To apply for the security supervisor post, you should have 1 year of experience in the security field. Other than that, to apply in the security field, you don’t need much experience to show you can apply without experience for that.

There are a lot of old men (after retirement) working as security guards in buildings. They don't carry weapons. Anything happens, they call the police.

Hey Gurdeep, try to find a job as a full-time guard instead of a floater and casual guard. Then after a week or late shift to casual. This thing works for many of my friends who work as security guards.
