ITVX is a video streaming service, designed for users in the UK only.
ITVX FireStick app is only available for UK residents.
If you try to add ITVX app to your Firestick whilst in Spain, then you may not find it in the available apps in your apps store. This is because it is "geo-blocked", using your internet IP address to check whether or not you are located in the UK.
However it is possible to install the ITVX app on your Firestick.
And before you can start to watch content you will also need a VPN or Smart DNS service to hide your "non UK" IP address and access the free content on ITVX .

I have a UK Amazon account and my address in the UK with a UK phone number. I use Express VPN and still the ITVX cannot be downloaded due to geographical reasons.
Sounds like a Express VPN issue...no problems with NORD as you can see from the video
Any idea how to add ITVX to an Android TV (Sony) ?
Via the playstore? And you may need to change location of your google account?
