RAF Waddington Veteran and Airplay event 2023

In 2023 we arranged an Airplay and veteran meet at RAF Waddington bringing the two generations together for conversations and games.
It was a fantastic opportunity for them to connect and talk about being a part of the RAF Family, share life experiences and discuss how the Fund has supported them.
The event included an afternoon tea as well as activities including bingo and a raffle. We took the opportunity to interview the Airplay children and the veterans about their experiences.
