Imo this is way too simplistic of a way to look at it. Especially if you’re doing it like an equation. You’re basing the whole equation on the leader.all it takes is one toxic member to put a stank on it all. And there is realistically no way to vet every single member
Also to respond to the last part, 100% based and true. KEEP IN TOUCH with people you get along with and in the future you can rope them into starting guilds with you on fresh (like I did for wrath) or get into friends of friends guilds that have the same vibes as them. I don't play wow with 90% of the people I met through the game but I have known some of them now for over 10 years and met up IRL.
