Got to love a Doppleganger Horror Story. Definitely some of the creepiest stories out there.
You have no idea how terrifying doppelgangers stories really are..
There is absolutely no way the ex-wife could've survived long enough for the guy to get to her. Too many ridiculous distractions. Arguing with the daughter, the guitar from way out in left field, and whatever else. Idiot protagonists are agonizing and difficult to root for.
The only thing I don't like about this story is Tim. He's stupid, easily distracted, a shit husband, and a complete headache. Then again, Hannah was totally willing to let her mother die, just for an argument with her father.
Hannah was trying to go with her father so she could see her mother. She didn't want her father to die, but she wanted to be close to her mom. So she was conflicted. She expressed her panic by arguing with her father, which didn't last long. I guess it's a teenager thing.
@@biancakelly6077 we know why, but that did last too long. They're in a life or death situation, and there is no time for arguing. All the protagonist did was dawdle.

The mother should not have put them in this situation. She found out the daughter was safe so she should have kept moving. She could have come back later.

Good story, but like no matter how much danger they are in they just took their time. Dude slowly left the bunker, then him and his ex wife sat and and had a whole conversation, talked on walkie talkies lmfao. You can't quietly talk thru a walkie talkie quietly at all 😂😂💀 oh and of course the phone and walkie died hahaha. It's over now so I'm editing to say I liked this story. I just hated they didn't rush and talked so much instead of running but whatever. It was cute
The amount of time Hannah wasted arguing with her father, her mother could've been killed at least 6 times. Maybe even 16.

Every reference to the guitar just made me wish his doppleganger would ambush and eat him. Seriously, he's in a life or death situation, and he brings the guitar with him.

Whoa! I’m slipping off the edge my seat finally! I can’t recall the last time a story pulled me in this much, my anxiety was through the freakin roof! I never put together the odd pickup if that guitar, just thought he’d give it to his brother when/if he returned. But it proved to be their saving grace. So well written! I’m of course left with questions, what caused all of this? Why are they so strong? How do they live through what would surely kill a human, but what we like hills them? Maybe that’s the irony? What we like, they hate. A true doppelgänger. Everything is reversed, right handed becomes left handed, brown eyes turn blue, etc.. wonderful story! And as expected, excellent narration! Thanks Dr.! I really truly enjoyed that one! 👍👍👍
Sooooooo badass dudes lady fell for him again after he shredded on the axe setting monsters aflame. That would be such a badass mural to draw. The scene of the doppelgangers starting to spontaneously combust with a beautiful woman clinging onto a dude ripping a gibson lespaul or something. Soooo fuckin cool.

Really good doppelgänger/zombie-esque story by SkyBruceLee23 where music saves the world from an apocalyptic future. I enjoyed it immensely although, as someone else mentioned, surprising all that talking didn’t get them killed. Speaking of killing, Dr. Creepen killed it (in a great way) with his rocking narration! Awesome job by both. Thank you both very much.

As a parent, I don’t get this. A mother should have asked first if he had their daughter and when she was told yes, she should have told Tim to stay with the daughter no matter what. You don’t make your kid an orphan. PS I liked the ending!!!!

Cool story concept, but it was a little unbelievable at times with the character conversations when they should have been taking their situation a little more seriously. It felt a little "cheesy" and forced. Sheri had a lot of good points. I'm not going to bash or say anything negative because I don't believe that helps the author's creativity. I think we should encourage artists through constructive criticism. And, like I said, really like the concept and I hope we hear more from the author!

Couldn't finish this one. Pretty insipid.
Lasted 15 minutes. Jordan Peele’s movie US came to mind. Just didn’t like the story. Can’t put my finger on why.
Yea it's probably the worst story Doc has voiced. The love story is garbage overused, they literally cut out characters to move the story into a love ending

Good story but the pacing in the middle really brings down the story. Who’s gonna have all those long drawn out conversations about a divorce or a drawn out argument with your daughter when then clock is ticking and something unreal is happening. Kills the story. Good premise though and good narration of course.
The last 1/2 to a 1/3 didn’t realize I’m 10 minutes away from the end.
