- Roberu and Mea play their first game of LoL together against real people! Mea is a top main, so adc is an off role for her and Roberu is still really new. How did it go?! Find out!
I recommend checking out the original vod or his RUclips version for full gameplay below!

6:35 - Vaundy - Kaijuu no Hanauta
10:31 - CHANMINA - BIJIN
Things that happen in this first game that aren't shown: Lots of talk of BL and yuri. It would have made this waaay too long. A quick synopsis: Mea asked if he was acting out an OneeShota thing and Roberu said he doesn't picture himself as the shota and prefers just enjoying it as an outsider. (He also prefers doing visual novels and most other stories this way too as opposed to picturing himself as the protagonist). Mea then talks about how she likes BL and how she got into it, but that recently she's been more into the TL genre (Teen Love). Then they talk about how they both aren't into yuri, but that it's actually quite popular with girls and women. Then they discuss why it might be so popular with women. This is already getting long too, so I'll stop here lol.
Roberu tilting the shit out of me because he wouldn't step forward and exert lane pressure with Mea. It's not as much a problem this game, but it becomes a big problem in later games. I had to keep telling myself, "He's new. You were the same way when you first started playing. Chill, chill." He'd also start engages and then run away with full HP while Mea was following up.
It does seem like he does see windows to engage though, so that's really good. I'm looking forward to him getting better.
Mea's solid. She's a top lane main, usually Poppy and ADC is her off-role. I've seen her mid too. I don't know if I've ever seen her jg though.
Other things. I wish Roberu would just put himself over the minimap. Not to hide it from stream snipers as I doubt he'd get any, but because I wanna put my subs on the bottom. Lol.
Really appreciate all the subs and I'm so glad I wasn't the only one tilted at him with the lane pressure😅. Like you said he's new but guess we can't help it lol
@@godtierbp1928 I haven't played in a couple years but the frustration was still strong lol
If you wanna feel more frustration, watch Akirose's stream from yesterday or the day before? Props to her for trying to play adc as a total beginner though. I was an adc main and I wouldn't wish that role on anyone. I can't imagine trying to get into league after people have been playing it for a decade.
@@statskytl Oh man now I definitely have to check it out! At least she probably won't be playing solo too often but learning the game while being an adc sounds like actual torture
Oh my goodness, I know exactly what you mean. Several times I've seen Roberu playing Nautilus in situations where he really needed to stand in front of his carry, but he always seems to stand back and off to the side. MOVE UP, MY SON. I'd really like to see him play Braum, given that guy's a support tank whose moves directly teach you the importance of *standing in front of your carry.*
Still, as you say, he's new - and honestly I'd rather have a new player who errs on the side of caution than one who just goes in *all the time.* Goodness knows we have enough hyperaggressive players in League already.
Honestly as someone that's played the game since early 2010, Roberu's doing very well given how complex the game is these days lmao. Like Mea's very patient with him to be sure, but I do concur some of her compliments to him especially his lane hooks. Even if by a bit of luck, he plays much better than I'd expect for a lv13 lmaoo
RoberuNightMea is the only thing on this planet that will get me to watch League. They have perfect chemistry as always.
Amen, actually kinda bummed everyone's been playing it lately. Every stream is just league now.
@@7nageits kinda cute how they try to learn the game and how everyone is still making newbie mistakes which adds charm to it
6:28 - "uchi no Mea-san" - she sounds happy hearing that lol
mea sounds like her natural self here 😂 also i checked out the vaundy song and its great
Glad to see them playing league again after that one time they did 1v1s. Hope it becomes more of a regular thing and not a one-off for him
Been looking forward to some more Roberu/Mea. Thanks!
No prob!
Note to self: Don't be in the hospital for treatment the same week Mea is throwing a party.
Thanks for listing the sung songs in the description!
I don’t usually watch Roberu but I would like to start watching these two more
You put 2023 instead of 2024 in the air date. Thanks for the translations!
I'm back in school writing last year on my paper all over again. Thanks
Thanks for the translation!
Thanks for the clips!
Looks like Roberu is a natural at the game, now he just needs to learn how to level up skills using his keyboard then how to use his active items like that locket, then just learn to itemize properly against the enemy team.
OMG I DIDNT KNOW THEY ALREADY PLAYED DUO AJDHHDSHSJJF IM GONNA WATCH THAT STREAM RN THANK YOU
Thanks alot on the clip 😊
marry her!!! Winning son!
Quite frequently, the subtitles would cover up key parts of the gameplay, but other than that, solid video like usual and thanks for putting the songs in the description and comments!
Wow son played Naut better than me. Also Mea is very clutch as Caitlyn
I've just recently started playing league (luckily right as lots of vtubers are doing so!) and I've been trying to learn a lot to overcome the early learning curve, but I still make tons of braindead mistakes while full focusing. I'm really impressed by these vtubers learning to play the game and streaming at the same time, I really hope they continue having fun with it haha.
My condolences
Say goodbye to your sanity
My goodness…
7:34
I am screaming at my screen the whole game lmao
PLEASE GET MARRIED!!!
kinda funny cause the enemy team could've still won that one HAHAHAHA They just had to keep playing and scale in the late game. But chances are that team was probably arguing all over the place HAHAHA
But genuinely curious, why Holomems decide to stream Lol on twitch? Not with YT as usual
Could be one of a couple reasons I can think of: They don't want this type of content on their channel or they want to reach a different audience. For Roberu, I think it's the latter. He's already streamed a couple times on youtube and LoL's core audience even in Japan is on Twitch. He's also uploading the full vods to his youtube channel so he's not worried about the type of content I don't think. I haven't listened to his recent zatsus so I dunno if he's talked about it, so maybe someone can assist.
@@statskytl being LoL main audience on twitch is make sense. I kinda hv that thought before, thank you for replying
