So happy to be an Ovi generational fan... I knew about hockey and casually was a Caps fan. But when Ovi came in during my HS years he changed it all for me, than Carlson, than Backy... fan 4 life now... and cannot wait to celebrate another Stanley cup when that time comes.
I love Ovi- I have only been watching NHL for a month, but Ovi is already my favorite! He is so kind and humble, and that can be hard to do when you are at the top, but he does it beautifully. His patience on the ice is on another level!😂 Keep climbing Ovi! Teams are seeing you as a HUGE threat, and they should! Keep fighting and keep winning!✊ GO CAPS!🏒🥅
I remember the 1st game I attended at MCI Center. There really aren’t any bad seats. There’s a great perspective from anywhere. Such an amazing improvement from Capital Centre where half the upper bowl was above the scaffolding for the lights.
It’s sad that these guys might be the 2 greatest Pro athletes to play in DC and because hockey isn’t as popular as football, baseball, and basketball most people won’t know who they are.

As long as ownership keeps the Caps competitive and as long as Ovi and Nik are under contract they'll always have a chance to win every year. But yes they definitely could've won a lot more.
As a lifetime Rangers' fan, I know a great hockey player when I see one and that is Ovi! I feel badly for him playing in left-wing Washington who are all supporting that corrupt slimeball Zelinsky.
I saw how that shyster Zelinskyy was feted by our government last night and was so nauseated I had to turn it off. Imagine how poor Ovi and his family feel in that swamp to be inundated everywhere he goes with anti-Russian sentiment. Remember that Ovi had ads cancelled due to the war.
