@@gwenforrest7862 Ohh you mean that? hahaha No no, that is not sewing! Let me explain to you! Sewing is when you crochet separated pieces and sew them together. Fastening off (or finishing off) is when you cut the yarn and close the project. When you are reading any crochet pattern, at the end of the instructions, when you are finishing that specific part, it will be written, "cut the yarn and fasten off". If there is no need for sewing, the instructions will finish there. If there is a need for sewing, the instructions of the pattern will continue "leave a tail for sewing it". For all crochet projects, you need to cut the yarn and finish right? If you are crocheting a sweater, you need to crochet and fasten off the body part, and you need to crochet and fasten off the arms. In the end, you sew them and have a sweater! If you are crocheting a doll, you make their body, their limbs, and then assemble them all together by sewing the arms, the legs, the head... that is sewing! I hope that is clear to you!
@@gwenforrest7862 LOL! You are the best Gwen! I don't yet have a pattern for a dinosaur but, I have my head wondering with ideas for it! It might be my next project after I finish the set for Wonderland!
