In the beginning of the video it said dynamic plus version. In Belgium it comes without the matrix led as they are an option on the adventure and standard on the elegant version wich are more expensive. So as answer to your question I assame this car don't have the matrix led headlights.
Why do you drive B mode all the time? B doesn't mean Battery but Braking...it's engine braking and you're wasting recovered energy...on B mode the recovery works much less efficiently

Yes headlights are very poor, but question is whether this car configuration is equipped with optional matrix LEDs?

LED headlights are awful when it rains, they just disappear.

Not look like real Toyota from inside. Look like Hyundai. Real Toyota have green lighting inside.
