Yes, some parts are the same. Replacement parts
Some are made in China, some are really good quality. On the sites of selling genuine spare parts you can find the appropriate parts because the sale there is by the motorcycle model.

piston is not okay, you gotta change rings at least
Thanks for the attention to detail. Thank you very much. the compression is very good, I opened the engine box just because the bearings were failed. Piston was full of soot, which I cleaned thoroughly, without damaging the rings. The piston is normal, the compression is normal. If I had already replaced the piston maybe I would also I set the cylinder in the lathe (+ honing tool ), there was no need for it at the moment. Besides, please noticing that disassembling the cylinder and "replacing" the piston is the easy part of my job, the main job for me was getting to the bearings.
@Little Mouse All was in good or acceptable condition except the bearings (Which caused the noise of high frequency beeps). Of Course i replaced the cardboard seals and the oil rubbers seals. Maybe more parts could was replaced, it was at my discretion what to replace and what not. Right now the motorcycle is back to full operation and the engine sounds great.
