there's a gasket called threebond which can be used as a crankcase gasket to avoid leakage overtime, shellac on the other hand is a gasket adhesive sealer to avoid movement on layered steel gasket and which is not an oil compatible liquid gasket, i prefer using thin layer of RTV compare to that

Thanks so much for the good advice, I am always happy to learn new things. The defects in the new seal I assembled on the out shaft does not damage the sealing. The original gasket I removed also had no leaks. When ordering a gasket with a further degree of sealing, make sure that it is of course the size of the original seal. This is usually a broader seal. Your explanations of sealing with a Shellac glue are correct and accurate, thank you very much. I was more comfortable using this paste because its dries slowly, and it evokes beautiful memories of my Dad's home. According to the technical specifications of the American glue, the glue is excellent also for metals and is resistant to most types of automotive fluids.

why did u r educe the space of sprocket to 37.6? (12:04 ) reason im asking is, I got replaced my bearing from machine shop yesterday, when i got home i measured the sprocket space it's 35.8 (my mistake is i forgot to tell the spacing size) do i need to redo it again? or is it okay to continue with this?

After riding for 150 miles continuously I encounter a rushing sound with the beat of the engine and the engine is no more smooth.And also there is no piston sound and no smoke.Is this the bearing rubbing sound? As u know in Myanmar I found it hard to go honda service and explain them about that.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! In the past, not far away, I would upload about 5-7 videos on average per year. In the last six months I have uploaded about 30 videos (bearings replacement project), I am now at rest, I have not lost appetite, and hope to release another video in the coming month.
There is a tick tick sound when I start my bike morning but it disappears after some time,how to recognize it is the piston sound.
If there a free-play in the big-hand bearings it makes a loud knocking noise with the beats of the working engine. In my case, it was the transmission bearings and the crankshaft bearings. My bearings did not fall apart, so there was no knocking noise, but high frequency beeping, a whistling, made by the wearing out metal.

@@kyawlinaung1439 For me, it started at a lower mileage, around 25,000 Km. It came and then goes, and came back later for a very short period, at 39,000 Km the noise came back to stay "forever". Aluminum chip parts fell apart from the Crankcase BOX . It is an Honda factory defect at the Crankcase Box. The chips was crushed by the moving engine parts, and after 15,000 Km was caused total damage that required all bearings to be replaced. I am not sure that this is your case, and yes, it is recommended that you will go to check it by a licensed garage.

Is the left and right side crankshaft bearing the same ?
According to Honda, according to the part number catalog, there are two bearings with a different catalog number. But it's the same 63/22 radial ball bearing on both sides. I don't know why they gave the same bearing two different catalog numbers.

I think it's the same one 22x56x16. Maybe Honda separated into two different numbers, because one bearing(the left one) can be ordered as a set with a new crankshaft

@@giannisyt9730 No. It's a small scooter, with shock absorbers, brakes, and a chassis that supports a small engine. Increasing the piston power will only reduce reliability because the wear will be accelerated. If I already wanted to increase power I would go for the CBR250R or something similar.

אגב, אני מבצע את הפעולה על מנוע גמור שברשותי, אך עדיין מעדיף להתייחס לפעולה כאילו הייתה עבור קטנוע שמתעתד להחזירו לכביש
המנוע לא יחזור לכביש, אולי ישמש עבור חלקים, לכן חשוב לי לבצע את העבודה בצורה יסודית כדי לא לקלקל את החלקים, ופשוט לעשות את זה נכון בלי קשר.

לבקשתך קבל כמה טיפים נוספים: תקציב לרכישת כלים עשוי להיות בור בלי תחתית, אני לא מכיר מכונאי שלא היה רוצה גישה בלתי מוגבלת לחנות כלי עבודה בחינם. תמיד יש הגבלת תקציב. העיקר זה לא הכלי היקר, מה שחשוב זה הניסיון שצוברים, הידע וההנאה מהתהליך(כחובב בלי הנאה זה לא שווה את המאמץ, ויש אתגרים, ולפעמים זה פחות מהנה, צריך הרבה סבלנות, מקום לעבוד, וזמן...זה לא מתאים לכל אחד). ארון כלים מפואר לא הופך מכונאי למכונאי טוב. תשקיע בלימוד, תקנה ספרות, זה הבסיס, והשלמות ביוטיוב זה סבבה. אבל את הבסיס אתה חייב ללמוד מתוך הספרות של היצרן או מספרים כמו של היינס(Haynes), כי ביוטיוב יש גם הרבה מידע שהוא לא נכון.
אחרון: עשה זאת בעצמך זה תחביב יפה, לא מתאים לכל אחד, אם אתה בעניין, תתמיד ותהנה, אל תחפש קיצורי דרך,ואל תקפוץ ישר למשימות הכי קשות. תעבוד לאט, תתרגל הרבה, תתחיל מתיקונים פשוטים וקלים, זאת הדרך המהירה ללמוד, וזה לוקח שנים. קח לך את הזמן ותהנה. או שתדלג לתחביבים יותר קלים.

רק אבהיר שאני משתמש בספרות של היינס, ברשותי 3 ספרים מעולים שלהם, אני אישית לומד יותר טוב מהיוטיוב.
ובאשר לכלי עבודה, יש לי כמעט את הכל, וכל מה שיש הגיע מאליעקספרס, במחירים טובים ואיכות מעולה, זאת ההיישורת האחרונה
של כלי עבודה שאצטרך, ואני כבר שנתיים לומד לאט לאט, עד עכשיו נמנעתי לגעת במנוע, וכעת נכנס לעניין בפול גז.
זה אכן תחביב, ולדעתי הוא לא יקר באמת, והחיסכון, במיוחד בישראל הוא אדיר.
עבור טיפול גדול דורשים ממני 1300, ועבור טיפול קטן 500 ש"ח.
את השמן מנוע אני קונה בחנות לרכבים, וכך מביא הביתה 4 ליטר ב60 שקלים
שני טיפולים גדולים עשיתי כבר בעצמי, וטיפול קטן אני עושה מדי שבוע.
הדבר היחידי שלא הצלחתי לחסוך עליו זה דלק. במיוחד בתור שליח של וולט, אני מתדלק 50 שקלים כל יום, מכה קשה.
בכל אופן, תודה
הזהירות היא בגלל שבאינטרנט לא מכירים אנשים, אני לא מכיר אותך. כאן זה לא מועדון היכרויות. לצפות בערוץ זה כמו לצפות בטלוויזיה. אני עונה לאנשים שאני לא מכיר ואין לי עניין להכשיל אותם. מכונאות רכב זה עניין רציני, שיכול להסתיים גם בפציעות ושאר נזקים חמורים אחרים. אז כן, אני זהיר, וכל מי שצופה כאן עושה במידע שימוש על אחריותו הבלעדית. ככה השיטה, לא משהוא מיוחד לערוץ שלי. אני משתף, מעלה תכנים בחינם, ומי שצופה סבבה, גם לי יש מנויים לערוצים אחרים שאני אוהב, ככה השיטה עובדת.
זה בסדר שלא נסכים על עניין התקציב. אני אומר על תחביב משלמים כסף, ולא חוסכים כסף, ושאני מודד את סך כל העלויות אני יכול לומר שזה אפילו תחביב יקר מאוד, ומחיר ארון הכלים גם יקר.... אולי נסכים שיקר זה יחסי? כן, הכול יחסי. אולי יש לך רקע טכני מעבודה אחרת כמו שלי יש? אבל לטעון שחוסכים זה לשיטתי לא נכון. לא בישראל, ואז בטח שלא בחו"ל(ששם הכל יותר זול ולכן החיסכון היחסי קטן). בלי שנעמיק לחיים הפרטיים שלי ייתר על המידה, אני לא מתנדב לכך, אחרי כמה שנים? אולי אחרי 30 שנה בתחביב, אני כן יכול לראות איך אני היום כן חוסך, וגם לא תמיד, אם לך זה קורה כבר עכשיו תבורך!!! ולבריאות!!! אשריך!
נ.ב. ממש לא מומלץ שימוש של שמן מכוניות לאופנועים. באופנועים עדיף שמן אופנועים, מינימום חצי סינטטי או סינטטי מלא, כזה שכתוב עליו מיוחד לאופנועים.

צודק, יש את עניין המצמד הרטוב, אבל יש גם את העניין שלקטנועים יש מנועים קטנים שעובדים קשה ובסל"ד קבוע שהוא בממוצע הרבה יותר גבוה ממכוניות, ולכן כמה מהתכונות של השמן לאופנועים מותאמות יותר למאפייני המנוע באופנועים
גם אופנועים עם נפח גדול שונים במהות ממנועי מכוניות, הם הרבה יותר צפופים, פיזור החום שלהם שונה, השמן בהם עובד אחרת.
לכן יש עניין כזה: שמן לאופנועים. חוץ מזה אם אתה הולך לכוון של שמן איכותי לרבות סינטטי מלא מחברה מוכרת ממילא לא תמצא פערי מחירים שהם רלוונטיים. אבל זאת דעתי, ומה שתחליט גם זה יהיה לטובה.. לאחזקה טובה של אופנוע יש הרבה היבטים, שמן הוא רק אחד מהם, אבל אחד מרכזי וחשוב, ולאור פערי המחירים ויחס עלות תועלת לא חושב שצריך לחסוך כאן.
