these animations are triggered when selecting a upgrade for a weapon in the workbench. there are a bunch of workbenches through the whole game simply walk up to them select the weapon, the upgrade and the animation will play. this can only be done on the remake version for the ps5. hope I could help :)

no you can trigger these on the ps4 version too.
