Yeah, that and they were hidden at first in that final fight.... Why the heck didn't they shoot the biggest threat while he was unaware of them? They could have thrown the smoke bomb AFTER taking out Burg. Those three were totally exposed in that room. The Assassins are suppose to be professional killers why aren't they taking advantage of stuff like that? Whoever came up with the whole fight doesn't understand how combat works. Heck, I don't know anything about real combat and I knew that...
4:48 RIP Desmond, a man with two legends in his bloodline and a legend himself. But who else did theorize that Desmond used the apple to fake his death?
"Bishop tells me Otso Berg is here. I will kill him for you!" I'm holding you to that, Galina. She's actually my favourite of the modern Assassins and this only cemented it; she beat and almost killed Berg and wiped out the entirety of Sigma Team, all without Hidden Blades.
This is what I liked about unity and syndicate. After Desmond’s passing, the assassins begin a recruitment process internationally? Rebuilding power overtime and still fighting the templars whenever they can. All in the perspective of an assassin initiate
It’s crazy how Shaun and Rebecca look so good in this and then there’s how they look in Valhalla. Also I do know there’s a difference between cinematic and in game graphics but it’s still pretty bad
What happened to them after Syndicate? I’ve only played the games and haven’t really explored the lore that much. They would be a lot better modern day story than Layla.
Not 100% sure, but I do know that sometime either before or after Origins, Juno returns to life, and abstetgo kidnaps Desmond’s son, who is also a sage. Eventually the assassins kill Juno (tho I don’t think Shaun or Rebecca are there) and Aita is not possessing Desmonds son. Best part of all this is that it happened IN A COMIC (obvious sarcasm is obvious) As far as Shaun and Rebecca, I have no clue
Funny enough, the Watch Dogs universe is actually in the same universe as AC, I remember that there's a mission in WD where you could kill someone from Abstergo. I kinda want them to have a crossover although that seems unlikely given how nobody is sure if the WD franchise will continue past 2.
Then AC: Black Flag, and Origins mentioned watch dogs. In Black Flag, Abstergo guy goes missing on trip to Chicago and they mention the CtoS from WD. Then in Origins there’s video of the main character of Watch Dogs killing that Abstergo guy.
At 1:28, there's a name just above Evie and Jacob; It's Emmett Frye. Who was he? I kinda want them to make an Ubisoft game about him, or at least mention him some more in the AC lore.
Really puts things into perspective: lots of hours in the past for literally 10 minutes of modern day Take ANY game before the Helix duo, even after Desmond died, and compare it with this :/
Only the Mission matters is great to Show why ultinatly the templers ar the Bad guys. While Balance is neded the assasins will more likely go the roat of Balance then the templers. To much order will eventuly lead to Chaos just like too much freedome will.
It was a stealth mission. Also keep in mind that the modern day assassins are limited in resources so they can't exactly be armed for these kinds of scenarios. I'm wondering if we'll ever have a modern day setting that we'll be able to explore in a future title (I don't count AC:B or 3), something similar to how Watch Dogs handled their's.
Elian Rodriguez if a bunch of normal kids in dedsec from watchdogs 2 can 3D print guns. Then I’m sure the assassins can find someone to arm them with good weapons 😂
U know if there were just a modern day assassins game i do not want to see them were regular hoodies i want to see them were something more like the ones in animus also it feel like modern day assassins are very weak
With modern times, a fancy outfit would blow their cover, not to mention that hoodies are one of the most used clothes in this era. Moreover, the assassins we played as in older times were exceptional, but rare. Almost 300 years between each other, that's a long difference in time, Desmond was one of those exceptions, so it's unlikely that there will be another one... for now...
The Assassins in the modern day before the Purge were ironically less focused on assassinations and more focused on fighting the Templars through political and social influence so they lost a lot of the edge they had in combat
Never payed any attention to this scenes after AC revelations. Modern day story is just boring at this point, feels like Ubisoft doesnt know what to do with it.
Because they know the Series are almost Dead, sadly AC III killed the whole series, Assassin's Creed died with Desmond, only Reason I'm still playing it, it's because that's my favorite game series, and waiting for him to make a comeback to series!
@@mr.crowgamer6250 Oh yeah, i forgot that conor was another desmond ancestor and desmond still alive in AC 3. Bit still, the highest point of desmond story was that brief meeting with Ezio which was really awesome to see.
"Killing *really* is the least productive way to achieve our goals...Kill them all."
Spoken like a true assassin.
Graphics are very beautiful but the combat scene looks like my first clay animation.
am I the only one that wants an Assassin's Creed set in modern day?
@@John-X that and in Eden.

Exactly. This is where I jumped off the AC wagon.
Unity was even more beautiful and even more annoying.
Sad they ruined such a beloved franchise.

Who else? JF Kennedy for sure, yes.
And why would he do that

I like how in 1:10 Shaun's profile description added 'smartass' in the last second
I hope there will be a modern assassins creed game
Drones:
1. Desmond
2. Clay
3. Lucy
4. Hannah
Fallen brothers and sisters, all.

Rebecca looks like a character from The Division with all that gear she's wearing.
Probably a nod to the game since both games were done Ubisoft.
So happy to see bec and Shaun
Hi there, detective plastico. How are you today?
It sucks that they didnt continue this story line:(
I would love to play Golina in a modern chapter or atleast see her again, she's an absolute joy.
I wanna play as Shaun so bad ;;
Oh that would be so damn fun. Modern day Assassin's Creed as Shaun Hastings with his sweet wit and sense of humour.
That would be so nice. A modern day Assassin's Creed with Shaun Hastings as the protagonist with that sweet shock hidden blade, sense of humor and wit

Etoileforever1 Shaun became an idiot in Syndicate.
Agreed
The acting is so cringy in Syndicate
+Dank it's how regular people act
He wasnt so good either to Desmond in Ac2 when they met.
Loved it when Shaun killed Isabella it was very funny

Not confirmed, but a lot of people are saying that he's Jacob's son and Lydia Frye's father
Shaun and Rebecca's graphics quality is more beautiful in AC Syndicate than Shaun and Rebecca's in AC Valhalla
Pre rendered cutscenes I think
Felt like Bishop's role could've been a lot more developed.
Kate Todd is a great potential wasted.
Best modern day list:
AC3
AC1
ACR
ACB
AC2
Syndicate
AC4
Rogue
Odyssey
Origins
Unity
Rebeca went from cutie to monster
god i miss Desmond and Lucy
