    I rocked a goat tee for 15 plus years. So now that area isn't filling or as thick as the surrounding beard. I'm steady trying to plump it up with a comb so it don't look like a flat chin and nice shaped beard for the rest of my face. 😜😘😜😘😜😘😜

  • @chevynorfleet537
    @chevynorfleet537 5 лет назад +2

    Very good advice. It seems like every time I brush my beard, not even a full 10 mins later, it'll just curl back up to where it's super short underneath my chin area.

    Good video. You have solid content there and it was great to see you using a wooden detangler wide tooth Comb. Could you recommend where I could purchase a Comb?

    • @lumpvision5746
      @lumpvision5746  6 лет назад

      Kezia Forde thank you for your comment. Amazon has A MILLION combs. B Wit Da Beard (don't know if you have heard of him) has a wooden pick and Nature Boy (Instagram) has a MEAN comb on his site. Nature Boy's comb is expensive BUT I have been eyeballing that comb. I can get you links if you want.

    • @keziaforde1000
      @keziaforde1000 6 лет назад

      Darius Lumpkin Yes I follow B Wit Tha Beard and tried the Beard Pick on a friend but was looking for a wider tooth Comb.

    • @lumpvision5746
      @lumpvision5746  6 лет назад

      Kezia Forde gotcha. Amazon has a bunch of combs. Nature Boy has a REALLY nice looking comb. It "looks" like it will work well but I have never used it. It's also expensive BUT a comb should last for a LONG time. I might buy that comb form Nature Boy, in the near future.

  • @tc81trey

    Thanks for the tips. I'm a beginner. I was waiting on you to say what beard products that we be good for training. Mine is starting off curly and I want to train it straight down what should I buy

    • @lumpvision5746
      @lumpvision5746  6 лет назад

      tc81trey no problem. There is no such thing as beard products for training. Big beard or small beard, the products are the same. Different products are used at different stages but none are for training .You train you beard with the tools for your grooming. Brushes, combs and tools of that nature. The only way I know how to straighten a beard without chemicals is by blow drying your beard. I do not use a blow dryer so I have no tips on how to do that safely.

    How often should I brush my beard?

    • @lumpvision5746
      @lumpvision5746  6 лет назад +5

      Tony Hillard brush, comb or pick twice a day. Once for your day/morning routine and once for your night routine. Other than that, I don't mess with my beard for the most part.

    Am I correct

      I've never used measurements so I cannot say for sure BUT because I can visually see 1-3 inches, I'd say that you should be ok especially on the 1-2 inch side 😀🤷🏾‍♂️

      Samuel Birku Galaxy S8+. I'm still learning how to use it. sometimes it jumps around trying to focus I think. It didn't do that when I 1st got the phone. I need to fix it cuz it makes me mad lol

    Gr8, info I have a question do you line up your neckline or you keep it natural would you suggest a natural or line up

    • @lumpvision5746
      @lumpvision5746  6 лет назад +1

      Rob Blaque I do line the neck because my hair is super thick and curly and I think it would look crazy if I didn't. my hair also grows down to my chest lmao. I cannot have my beard and chest hair connecting lol

  • @kevinhebrard2594

    • @lumpvision5746

      I do. The pick is long enough to get under my neck from the front.

  • @tylerhair9067

    I think training your beard is a myth. I have been blow drying my beard straight for years, but guess what? Every time I step out of the shower, my beard is a curled, wavy mess. Never changes.

    • @lumpvision5746
      @lumpvision5746  5 лет назад +2

    What about using a detangler brush?

    • @lumpvision5746
      @lumpvision5746  Год назад

      I have no idea. I've never used a detangler brush for any of my grooming. Combs and picks detangle my beard just fine.
