That was the first thing I noticed. The shaking. It's so sad.
I'm sure she's said before the shaking is due to a medical issue (like some medication she's on, though I can't quite remember). She's actually doing pretty well these days, she's been in rehab for her alcohol addiction and from everything she's posted appears to be staying sober + in a better mindset than before she went in. She's just pivoting more and more to lewd content these days (considering she's been on of for a few years now). Of course though, I do hope she is doing well!
In all fairness to monki chi/pain pixie, RUclips isnt where she posts most often these days so it's hard to know what's going on without following her insta (and obviously there'll be things that she keeps private from all platforms). I think it's fair to be concerned! But there is an explanation :)

This year RUclips implemented ads on all videos, not just those opted in to monetization any more, so it's not a reliable indicator of who is monetizing what videos. Even so, the percentage a ad revenue creators actually get is very low (which decreases after the first 48 hours and so forth) and only cashes out if the owed amount surpasses a given threshold. The real money is in the OF that is being advertised in the description with its current promotion.
I had medication that made me shake too. From experience I wish to express the importance of finding medication that doesn't have extreme side effects such as physical shaking. I found a combination for me through the years that keep my mind at ease and doesn't effect my body too much. Unfortunately with medication we do get sorts of side effects.
