Thank you for being you ❤ And for some reason the breathing sounds are soo calming❤, even though they are just a side effect. A breathing ASMR is a cool idea 😊😊 To your question: I prefer slow hand tapping
With all the tingles I didn’t want to fall asleep! Both fast and slow taps/motions are great. Personally I like the slow taps. The tingles are more intense. The sound you were questioning with the clenched fist is a good sound that you should continue doing. Great job max!
