      There are separate videos for home workouts. Now I saw a full body work out with dumbbells only. Which should i follow for a normal slim (and to maintain my same weight) body with visible respective muscles? I don't prefer a bulky body. I want to look slim but the outfits i wear should expose my body's fitness.
