It's south Africa aka mzansi aka suid afrika it's my country and we're gxd damn proud of it! Africa well I recommend it to check kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, Egypt, Morocco and etc
RSA is kind of the most "easy mode" place to visit in Africa. It's not all sunshine and roses either, especially if you have to live permanently in an African country.
Cape town is beautiful but y'all never come to other rural parts of sa

I live in cape town and the best things to do when youre bored is to go to one of many museums and art museums. We have a rich history so we have many museums. Also have many beach days too, they are always the best and they always have amazing restaurants near by the beach. I recommend Muizenburg beach
You have to do a morning hike to watch the sunrise on Lions Head. It's the most Cape Town thing to do 😂

You should get up the mountain with your dad before he is flying back to USA, would be a shame if he leaves without standing on Table Mountain.
Or even try Lions Head, its a nice hiking trail with beautiful views.

Africa is a beautiful continent but I really think South Africa and Namibia has the best food in the whole continent. Namibia has a lot in common with South Africa because Namibia used to be part of South Africa.
Namibia was colonized by S.A it wasn't part of S.A. Completely two different countries.

Yo Taylor, you should really go checkout places like The Cheetah farm, Penguins in Simonstown, Paragliding off Lions head & Cape Point, where baboons are at, But don't feed'em‼️ they will fight you No cap 😂..check those places out CPT has alot more to offer than just the city cbd where ya'll at

That mountain is called Table mountain, one of The world 7wonders. You and your dad should go climb Lionshead. About 45min to am hour walk and climb up to the beacon.

Please take care Taylor. My brother and his girlfriend went to SA 3 years ago. Let's say they both had a life changing experience in the worst way. I especially feel for the girlfriend they're dealing with the trauma years later. They wanted to "go for a walk" in the wrong area in SA. I know you're smarter than that, and where brother and his gf got attacked was a different area, but be careful. SA is a beautiful country with beautiful people, but as with everything, there are bad areas too. Every country has a Bronx or Harlem. I pray for God's protection on you wherever you go. Glad your dad is there with you. Having said that, don't let fear stop you from living life to the fullest, let healthy fear make you wiser.

You guys seem to enjoy walking a lot, I'd recommend weekend hikes. Infact I have a hike coming up on the 6th on Lion's Head with friends, you guys can tag along if interested.
