I have to take antibiotics every day for the rest of my life as I've no spleen as had to get it taken out and it takes me longer to get rid of a colds and bugs because I have a very low immune system
My husband does.Had his spleen removed as a boy.He loves to say he's susceptible to infection 😂 Erythromycin for life.
That's strange, my brother was in an accident as a child and had to have his spleen removed and doesn't have to take anything, I guess he's just lucky x

Ps Nadia, hair drying caps are notorious for over heating hand held dryers!! Having said that, I was ALSO given that info and STILL bought one!! 😂 A diffuser would be great for your gorgeous hair. And tip no 3 (!), German Chemical free bier will never give a hangover. X

I have genetic cholesterol and its been 7 and above for years. Recently went for a health check and because im now over 60 and my level was 7.8 ive been put on statins. Didnt really want to go on them and didnt really think they would be any good but just had my 3 month check and its gone down to 4 !!!! Its the lowest its been in 20 years. So the answer is Yes you can lower genetic cholesterol x

You may as we did on a visit last Wednesday to Fortnum’s get offered a free glass of bubbly. Very unexpected. And it happened to be my partner’s birthday. There were some amazing Gin samples being offered. But We stopped at the fizz as we were off to a show after. But the Gin bottles were ever so pretty. The champagne was delicious. Lovely shop. And so busy. Enjoy lunch hope you manage to get a table?

Oh my god that tree looks like our Christmas tree last year😂 my dad paid a fortune for a real one and then put it by the radiator and killed it😂😂on Christmas Day because it was limp and dead all the decorations kept falling off😂 we’d be sat watching telly and just hear smash smash smash of baubles falling off the dead tree😂

I have to say I was really disappointed with Hamleys, went seven years ago, expected something like toy shop in New York but it wasn’t much different to toy shops near us.

My Dad eats healthily, only eats chicken and fish and does not eat red meat or pork. He easily exceeds his 5 a day and drinks plenty of water yet has high cholesterol. His father died when my Dad was 11, so we suspect that the only explanation is that it is hereditary.

Do you know that whilst you were filming on London’s streets, I wondered how you were feeling. Takes a lot of courage. Maybe folks don’t think badly of you at all. Are we that important? There is a great vibe to London. Love it. Don’t you think that when they push well-being down our throats, we just want to rebel. Ibroprufen isn’t good for the stomach. Have you stopped exercising, or just not filming it. There you go, you have just mentioned your exercising. What does that mean, we are becoming psychic, because we watch and listen to you so much. Mark, Totally agree with you Mark I cannot take Ibuprofen because of the Asprin content as I am allergic to it. When we are stressed Eczema will show itself.
There's no aspirin in ibuprofen it's a drug in its own right. Aspirin is aspirin, ibuprofen is ibuprofen, Paracetamol is Paracetamol. Some drugs are combined such as cocodamol or solpadine containing both Paracetamol and codeine. Different pain killers can have adverse effects on various parts of the body and organs eg Paracetamol can effect the liver, both aspirin and ibuprofen can cause stomach ulcers if not taken with food or used too frequently xx
