Tao Tao Bull 150 ATV, Unwanted, Repair Shop Abandoned, Will it Run/Move?

Bought this Tao Tao Bull 150, GY6 powered ATV last weekend as part of a $500 Mega Deal. It was abandoned at a repair shop because the drive chain would not stay on, after sitting, it would not start, and at this point, its owner had no use for it. In this video we will check engine integrity, hack a remote gas tank on it, get it started again, adjust the chain enough to verify that it will drive forward and reverse, and even manage a ride around my front paddock.

Glad it came to life cheaply. I was sure it would run but that chain issue needs to be upgraded with a better tensioner system. Yes we've got about 50 machines at the shop and we have no time to mess with those machines. Hell, we just sold a side by side and put a 72 inch poly blade on it for the upcoming winter. We're already working 6 days a week and can't get ahead. Later Harvey.

They may be cheap but i like all them china quads!! Easy to work on, cheap parts. Plus, their fun to hype up lol!

Harvey that's a vacuum controlled pepcock not a fuel pump if there's no vacuum from the carburetor gas doesn't flow from the gas tank.

Ye some people think that a mechanics time isn't worth the coin, but want themselves work for any less than a mechanic, after all anyone can do mechanics, 😅🤣 so when people came in and ask if they could do job I say you can, then when they come back and say it's hard how do you do it, I say you can do it, 🤣😂 anyone can, all the best to you and your loved ones

Someone gave me an old suzuki for free... it looks like alot of work...is it worth it?
