    Well I learnt something cool today. I had previously thought that electrolyte supplementation should be roughly 4:1 Sodium to Potassium and has been putting 800mg Na:200mg P/ L in my DIY sports drink but from what you are saying it sounds like I shouldnt bother trying to get Patassium in correct? I also read that excessive Potassium can actually flush out Sodium but I dont know what "excessive means" ? any comments on this much appreciated 👍
    I live in the tropics and easly drink 1L/ hr when cycling
