Brill video, my mums lift stops one step short of the top, so due to the foot rest sensor hitting the new raised carpet it stops, couldn't figure it out until watching this video. Excellent video.

Can the 120 model be adjusted to suit 10 stairs ( I have a grinder) seen a few 13 step versions...thanks, hope you can get in touch..👍 great video

our Eagle chairlift goes down but the toggle switch on the arm handle isn't allowing me to go back up. I have to have my wife to push a wallswitch located upstairs to bring it back up.

How can you lower the chair if its too high
I have a acorn superoxide 120, it suddenly come up with a fault F7 and will not travel . Can you tell me why
I noticed that's on the left side of those stairs. Are these handed, or is it easy to switch a left handed stairlift to a right handed stairlift?

Hi, my Acorn has started making a grinding noise at the bottom and again slightly at the top. Sounds like something caught in the teeth but there is nothing. Have you ever had that? Out of Warranty.
