Aside from the phenomenal achievement that this song was, this cover, infact ALL of @Stvn2337's Burzum covers, are BEAUTIFULLY played. I come back to these videos on this channel repeatedly every 6 months or so. Its just gorgeous to watch and listen to.
Remarkable. I keep coming back to this video each day after humming it all day at work. Seems to expose a lot of the beauty you can't really hear in the studio version. Geiles spielen!
Varg Vikernes knows how to write a good riff and his musical skills are indeed underrated. Unfortunately we won't hear new music from him, since he hates his musical identity.
I listened all your Burzum covers and I'd say this is my favourite. All of them are good but this is just... orgasmic... and shows how great composer Varg is. I could listen those riffs eternally...
Varg is the best when it comes to songwriting. No by the book shit, just following his feeling and he is very talented, that's why burzum is so authentic.
Thank you very much for doing the whole song! Love the raw sound, witch in its own way is better then studio version. And thumbs up for not destroy the masterpiece with ads
What does a ESP feel like to play? I own a LTD ec1000 and love it and have other nice guitars like Schecter Omen Extreme and a few Jacksons but no Esp. Just curious if the price tag is worth it. Awesome video though man. Burzum is awesome and great song choice!
I played several Ltd guitars before I purchased the ESP model. In general it is way louder - even without an amp, so there is more attack. The neck is thicker than any Ltd guitar I played as well. I would say it's the combination of many small things that leads to a very high quality premium guitar. I payed around 2k for it.
@@Stvn2337 well, I must say that was 2k well spent. One last thing, on your MGLA video, you were playing a Harley Benton, are those even worth a look at? They seem like clones of big name guitars and I assume they don't sound or play as good, but you made it look like a worthy instrument. If they are any good, is it in the ballpark of the Jackson JS30's?
@@panasony23 the Harley Benton guitar was just because of its look played, the black LP style fits well with the mgła look. They are of course just beginners instruments but surprisingly good sounding.
@@Stvn2337 Changing the pickups would probably work but I'll just have to save up my pennies to get a nice ESP or Jackson haha. Not to keep bugging you, but could you be able to do Mgla furher down the nest pt1?
