Are you someone who doesn't drink alcohol when you socialise? Or are you maybe trying to cut down?
And do you ever get asked by girls to explain why you aren't drinking?
Sometimes when a girl asks "why aren't you drinking?", you can feel awkward, or lame, or like you're not cool, as they always seem to ask it with an attitude as though there's something wrong with you haha

Often it is, but when we are doing live training with our clients, the guys so often ask me: "But what do I say if she asks me why I'm not drinking?" haha...so figured others could benefit too :)
