Dr. Kingori asks questions like a common person would. I think this man researches deeply
Yes
She is informed in business but should not misinform people regarding nursing. Opportunities are still there. Of course not sure of those who are starting school now but those already trained there is a chance.
listening keenly to what cheptoo is saying is what has caused a buzz between gen z, millenials and boomers. Gen z seem to understand the drill, as Cheptoo says, no loyalty to a carreer coz of changing times while the other generation still hold on to their paycheck fervently, an interesting look of things coz eventually with innovations, you will be rendered useless in the job and career market. We talked and kingori listened, continue bringing this business, money, career, investment talks, perhaps these are what we need during this financial constraints time to enlighten us!!
I like the way Dr. King'ori specifically deal with financial literacy and business strategies
Now you should interview Rina hicks... this one could be one great interview. A good one this one.
Medical field can never be saturated, nurses in America are making 50$ an hr sometimes even 100$,its in Africa where we dont appreciate medical personnel
Are u in America 😂
50 Euros per hour.
Hiyo 5o might reach if u have over time ⏲️ e g night shifts
@bbd359 i know what am talking about, infact caregivers ndio wanalipwa from hiyo 50$ kwa overtime, find nurse Judy akuambie vitu kwa ground zikoje, nurses out here are making crazy money!
USA only or even Germany and UK.
@@duncanparickenkateto7368 listen yeah let nobody tell you what nurses are earning unless they have done it themselves, iam in the UK and those salaries are in the very top end of the nhs!!!!!a university graduate nurse starts with 14 pounds per hour rate then after years of working and promotions thats when they reach the 40 or 50 pounds per hour and we are talking about a 20 year span
@@loicebaraza Do not believe everything you hear. Also they never talk about the high cost of living there!.
If after six months it does not work close down, how then did Dr. Kingori grow his channel? Is it after 6 months and he started being profitable? Not all advice is applicable
True.
Pick that helps you, you people 😂
Sure😂😂😂
Wicked edition, the channel where we learn, grow and get entertained - a fan since 2017❤

A good piece of advice..🎉🎉
Great conversation
This is a great interview. The lady is very smart I have to say.
Time ya notebook na kalamu, tena. Shukran Kings.

I just love Dr. King'ori's content
Dr. King'ori you're a great interviewer
Story ya leo leaves more questions than answers. Kwanza hio story ya caregiver ziii.
Am also confused, she doesn't answer quizs as supposed. She is evrywhere
Huyu anakaa agent tu lol 😂
She's just good the only problem is that she's hiding the very information that we need to hear, she's not going into details until Kingori insists,,na kwa show ya how money works hakuna kitu tunafaa kufichwa.I think that's what she's doing wrong

Ati umejua shimo la shimo, kings!
Listeeeen!! Wakenya wakitravel wakuwe ready kuwork bila kuchagua kazi. Sio Caregiving job alone itakuinua, issue ni kujipanga na ile kidogo unapata na kujinyima.
1. You need a car but its not a MUST as she stated especially in vibrant cities which have a great transit system. You buy any car used/ new according to your pocket. Watu wandrive gari za 2004 bora ziko road worthy.
2. People room share to save costs, bills zikikam mnasplit..hii yake ya unahesabiwa bills yako according to usage sijaskia( story ni yake, maybe aliexperience)
3. As an international educated nurse, in Canada, you must go back to school, get accredited to match the standards here, ukiwa shule unaeza work kama caregiver kupata doo. Nursing is not for everyone and the market will never be saturated due to its diverse nature esp here.
Now this is what I have waiting for
I just got motivated! I have been stuck kwa muhindi na background ya nutrition from KMTC. This interview has really given me hope.
Never Give Up🙏🙏🙏
Point noted from interview; present and future review is key in both career or business, determines when to exit, innovate or next.
Technology is evolving fast and so are customer preferences/job markets & this is the key barometer.
Summary
Change is no longer a constant variable.
I admire those who can jump in and out of businesses. I'm afraid of risk. I have apartments, a full-time job and I also have a diversified investment portfolio. Thats what I've focused on for over 10 years. I'm afraid to venture further out.
Stick to that gameplan. In finance and investment, we say "stick to knitting". Ie stick to what you know. You can leverage on your apartment cashflow plus your salary to either reinvest at slow pace or access credit facilities at lower rate eg saccos to build at an accelerated rate without over-committing / stretching too thin. Goodluck.
I understand you. "Why risk and I have safer investments?"
hello Mercy how can one venture into apartment business right now
@@trendystamps5714 My apartments are in Kenya. I built them using cash but the land was an inheritance from my parents. Its prime real estate and my brothers school is right next door, so I'm able to have tenants all the time. My situation is very different from most peoples, I know its not an easy business to get into. I was just very fortunate.
This lady is brighter
It's true one must plan for change. Imagine planning to be a long distance driver then 4 yrs later when you're ready, self driving trucks 🚛 have taken over 😮🙆😭
I am struggling to finish this! Lots not adding up!

@@bizhelpsoln Thank you you spoke my mind.
Me too, I have more questions than before I started watching.
True that. Alafu kuna vitu hatuambii (connections). Kuna gaps nyingi sana. Good thing ni kama kingori alimuelewa, hakumfinya sana. Not to be hard on her, but she was kinda shallow.
@@nicomutua kingo'ri understood her earlier no wonder he didn't asked her social handles🤣🤣,conwoman!
Saitani 😎
I feel she's all over, and that contradicts her points on purpose and passion. She's well-traveled, with different experiences, but lack skills. She's in a trade, or whatever she does for money and profit, and not necessarily to serve a purpose or any passion or value addition -- and it's okay.
True. She’s very fwaaaa. She’s sharing thoughts not experience
Personally i prefer listening to people who have been through all the seasons, pressure makes diamonds, and only 50+ year olds have seen most of it.
Dr.Kingori your guest today isn't straight on some issues, some sounds like a movie. she needs to be sincere on her journey.
Well, today's interview is just like Arsenal,at some point it's informative but on the other hand you get lost in the words .

One of the biggest mistake you can make when you are in Kenya and moving to especially Europe ama North America is calculating the salary you are going to get abroad into Kenyan shillings🤣ait nitapata e.g 500k a month and in a few months to a year I'll be able to buy a samba another 2years nitajenga....Once you land in Europe ama North America the very First thing that hits you is your education means nothing to them unless its a big company that recruited you directly from Kenya, simply put its like a reset in your life.Unless you are the luckiest migrant to ever come out of kenya you will need to house feed and clothe yourself, here in the UK for instance the price of a average one bedroom(not including London )is around 800 to 1000pounds unless you want to house share 500 to 600 pounds utilities food and transportation 300 pounds miscellaneous 100 pounds, average salary for a new migrant 2000 to 2500 pounds hio ndio hesabu one should make.Sorry but it takes donkey years to get a proper foothold and salary over here, alafu kuna immigration fees before you get permanent residency which could cost up to 7000 pounds, please do alot of research before you immigrate 👍
Nice info bro!
your sound here is wanting daktari... but ya the visitor iko sawa
Aiii. This story of caregiving is not accurate. Honestly speaking. How do you get work Authorization after landing in Canada within months? And begin to earn?Paying an attorney for 200$.Surely which attorney is that. They charge 200 for an hour of telephone call consultation. Not for petitioning for.How on earth do you break even in Canada within 2 yrs.I doubt this part but I stand to be corrected and guided.Hapana.No
Hiyo yake haieleweki.
Huyu dem she’s a cheater
As someone who landed in canada, she is not being truthful. Canada is super rigid , may be USA , but canada is so rigid and hard to break out in two years

You don't break your back in caregiving! You are trained in manual handling, ie moving clients from one place to the other. you are always 2 or more staff if this is needed.
The gift given to staff after caring for someone you are not allowed to accept this gift, especially money.
Y? Please tell me.am still confused
@@JoyChoosenIt's work integrity. Support Workers do not accept gifts from patients, harms the professional relationship
I'm Canadian it's actually illegal and not ethical.
Canada used to be a place people immigrated for a chance to live in a democracy, work hard for a financially stable life.
Now unfortunately many immigrate to Canada simply to make money and not make Canada their home.
However the children of immigrants usually never immigrate to their parents home country.
Canada currently doesn't need any IT or high tech immigrants.
We have a serious shortage of skilled trades.
Canada has a strict trades licensing program.
Usually a year at a technical college for the most difficult trades ie Refrigeration and HVAC mechanic, Electrician, Elavator mechanic, only to name a few.
Then a four year apprenticeship, write a provincial Journeyman exam, if you pass the provincial exam, you can write a read seal exam allowing you to work in every Province in Canada.
