this song touches my soul so deeply and that fact that this is a sad song and Chris put the cover blue to indicate how sad or messed up this part of his life was is just crazy. This is one of my favorite songs in the whole world. Chris knows how to hit deep in his songs and words, the way I tear up everytime I listen to this is just wow. The vulnerability in this song and the album itself like damn just damn. I love Chris for who he is and what he does he’s just such a genuine person and doesn’t let things get in between him until it burns him down and that’s where this song came from. He gets a lot of judgment from people from his past and just him being him now. They cancelled his MVA performance (tribute to MJ) because of his past. That’s where this song comes in, don’t judge him and he won’t judge you🤷🏾♀️. And then Sevyns voice is just such a compliment to Chris’ voice 😮💨. This song can make anybody cry. 😂😭.

10 years later and this song is still fire and beautiful. Sadly Chris is still being judged from 2009. I was disappointed he wasn't allowed to honor MJ at a recent award show because of his past. I just wish people can move on. If anything I can understand that Rihanna's family may or may not forgive him but the general public needs to. That man has such a genuine soul and I admire his resilience to continue standing, still making music, and trying to be a good father.
