The new Air Canada Maple Leaf™ Lounge at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 2 opens its doors on June 18, 2014. Among conveniences for passengers departing London on long-haul flights, it features:
a tended bar
a spa-like shower area
a bistro with chef’s cooking station, and
a "quiet zone" with TV-equipped relaxation pods and chaises.

Arrivals Lounge
The Arrivals Lounge*, conveniently located to the left upon leaving the secure area past baggage claim in the T2 arrivals hall, is open to the following Air Canada customers:
Business Class customers arriving on an Air Canada international flight
Super Elite 100K members (including 1 guest) arriving on an Air Canada international flight
The Arrivals Lounge at London-Heathrow’s Terminal 2 is not a Maple Leaf Lounge.
