So proud to call myself a fan of this band. People can talk all the trash they want, but these guys actually went to africa and helped out with providing clean water to people. Shout out to Rico and HHF as well. Heroes!
I used to love these guys. Seen them 3 times. Bassist sold me some merch in Manchester when they were supporting ETID & my friend at the time brought them a skateboard cause one of the dudes I'm assuming just wanting something for their downtime. They are however, not my cup of tea politically - and if your brand is rooted in politics, people are going to shit on it. Is what it is & I'm sure they know that.
discovered this group this year while preparing for Hellfest 2023 and what a magnificent discovery! A huge musical slap with great guys and great values, don't change a thing I love U !
Tom is such a fucking legend. Met him a few times and he is such a welcoming humble guy. Absolutely love him and the rest of the band. Top band, top guys!
JarnoM yo gotta be kidding me, what song ? The first song i listened from these guys was badge and a bullet and it gave me so much ratm feelings because the lyrics and the guitar and a drum with so much groove. Then i instantly started to listen to the entire discography and became a fan. Hope these guys come to Brazil and maybe play a song from ratm ? This will be insane my 2 favorite bands.
I'm just now discovering these fellas after being referenced in a recent RATM reunion article (@ Kerrang!). As a huuuge RATM fan it's actually pretty rare to see a band integrate RATM with any success whatsoever. The problem with RATM influencing horrible bands is that those bands took all the wrong cues--the one's that let your average meat head be a fan which in turn might have soured your knowledgable music snob buddy from ever "getting" RATM. In any case, with SFTP, them being a hardcore band on a DNA level, it's overall a cool sound.
I love Craig's podcast but I've never listened to SFTP and I'm going to see them at the TDWP show next thursday, so I thought I'd check them out. Not my jam but it'll be cool to see Craig lol
I love every album this band has put out! Their newest one has a very distinctive RATM vibe with a new school and original twist! I dig it! My favorite album of theirs is “Anonymous”! Check it out if you haven’t already!
As a Drummer, came across Craig's content, and man, I respect these jams.
Same here. 💪🤙
