- Part 6 of my small variegated dwarf jade bonsai (Portulcarua Afra) that I bought from a nursery nearly 7 and a half years ago. It has been slowly growing in this little red pot and gets a trim every now and again. It will soon need some structural pruning, but not yet.

This tree deserves a pot. Nice work!
Cheers, it will get one at some point :)
Such a pretty little tree! I noticed the bark is also quite nice - starting to get some texture. Looks like it had a very good growing year. Tho' its a slow grower, this bonsai always looks lovely - the new leaves remind me of flowers.
Cheers Sue, yeah the little pink new leaves do look a little like flowers :) and i think the bark is slowly getting there too, which is always good to see
One of my favorites of your trees. The mushroom shaped lush growth is amazing. Cheers Broski ππΊπΊ
Cheers bro, it a is a bit mushroomy haha i hadnt looked at it like that before
How many grow tents do you have? Based on the number of trees in your videos, the tent I saw in this video seems pretty small. Nice variegated afra! I had one, but it didn't make it one winter. I'll have to see if I can find another.
cheers, i have two small ones.... rammed with trees, which is not ideal as they are now growing into each other and also no room for larger pots. i think some trees will have to just embrace life on a windowsill soon.
