All an absolute blast to shoot, they each have there own fire rates and feel.
Couldn't be happier. Thank You Umarex.

Somewhat true to the M3, barrel nut and cocking hole on bolt. Early M3s with a cocking handle mechanism had problems and this was dropped in the M3A1 for the bolt finger hole as shown. Seems like the auto cyclic rate on this one is a bit higher than the real McCoy which fired 450/minute

Shortly to ruin your hopes and dreams due to the upcoming change in the stupid british UK law system that even posessing 1x single CO2 cartridge will land you a jail stretch of upto 3 years. Hence why i sold on my M4 Carbine and have gone with a .177 PCP air rifle.

@@simonnoble7589 You are legaly allowed to buy and own a "Sub 12" air pistol and air rifle at the moment. Whether that's a break barrel or under lever or side lever or PCP (but i reckon the way things are heading, even these will be changed to F.A.C) There is a gunsmiths near to where i live here in Buckinghamshire that sells quite a few CO2 powered guns. From pistols, sub machine guns/semi auto ONLY though and even CO2 powered rifles (The british S.M.L.E they currently have in stock at the moment). Check out Donaldsons Guns/Bletchley/Milton Keynes. They have a fantastic selection of firearms in stock and can even order in specific requested one's as long as the gun is within UK law, bud

3 part question, as I'm new to BB guns :
    1) Can you buy a scope/sight, to mount on this gun?
    2) Once you install the canisters, how long can they sit in the gun without use? For example, if I fire three or four BB pellets, and don't use it again for up to 12 months, do the canisters still hold its gas, or does it slowly leak out, or become less effective?
    3) Does the semiautomatic mode allow you to shoot one BB pellet at a time?
Thanking you in advance for your answers.

  • @evilfingers4302

The gun shown in the video is the M3A1 variant of the M3 Grease Gun, the M3 has a Cocking Handle which is actually a Crank Handle on the right side of the gun, crank the handle back to cock the bolt.
That said, is the magazine compatible with the Umarex Legends M1A1 Thompson?

The peep sight is bad (as the original smg was) and mine is leaning to the left. You will not get 60 BBs in the mag without a lot of jiggering although it does hold 60 BBs. The Co2 chamber plug is twice as long as the MP-40 or M1A1 Thompson plug. More importantly it is NOT steel but rather a white metal (die cast metal) and a great deal of care should be used to screw it in the first couple of times. The short 6mm hex wrench will not be effective, it does not have enough leverage for the hand. Use a longer 6mm hex wrench or some kind of extension, also make sure all of the gas is expended out of the Co2 chamber before removing the chamber plug.

Anyone else encounter the magazine😂 not puncturing one of the CO2’s? I purchased a 2nd magazine to check it and it does the same thing. As one person posted somewhere (I don’t remember where) It seems putting a small spacer the thickness of a dime is necessary between the CO2’s to resolve this issue. I inquired to Umarex regarding this and I was told to use Umarex CO2’s which I already am using and to send the mag in for repair. Before I did that, I purchased another new mag to find out it does the same thing.

late I know but, Yes Ive had this problem on all of mine, MP40, M1A1,M3.
Not a great fix but I put 3 three little pieces of black electrical tape on the top
of the co2 cartridge, this will get the second co2 cartridge to puncture.
