Every video I've watched about Eidolon hunting seems to be about the uploader speaking to people who already know what to do. Not this video - this is the definitive tutorial for Eidolon hunting, and this is the first time I've understood what I actually needed to do. This is the first one I've seen that actually helped me understand the fight from start to finish. It's structured in a way that you get all the information you need in the logical order that you should get them - you're told the gist of your mission, and by the end of it you will possibly have ideas of your own as to how to carry it out by theorycrafting your builds. Then you get presented with the builds (with just the right amount of specificity) that have worked for others and that you may want to emulate. Had those builds been presented to you before the actual fight, chances are you would be completely railroaded into them, especially if you were a complete newbie. In a way, this video promotes critical thinking and creativity. It is a shame I can only give one thumb up. I hope this gets way more views.

I congratulate you for the work you did, it was a pleasure watching and listening to this. You really helped me out. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. Like + subscribed.
What a beautifully done guide video. Liked and subbed. Not only the video was well informative but the music made it very ambient and relaxing. Thank you.
I used to avoid this part of the game because I play alone, but after watching this I can join a team and not get bullied about mechanics and actually be useful in the whole fight. Kudos friend, I will always keep your words with me.
I've watched quite a few of these types of vids and this is by far the most clear and concise one yet. Just absolutely to the point for people who have tried eidolon hunts butaybe don't get a few of the mechanics. TY
By FAR the best, most concise, in depth explanations of wtf you’re supposed to do and why in eidolon fights. I’ve done a few terry’s but was just kinda going with the motions and shooting it when it flashes red. The first half of this explanation made things so much clearer. I cannot thank you enough.
Started playing this game RELIGIOUSLY about a month ago and was still feeling that the eidolons and sorties seemed a tad bit... daunting... then I watched this video and finally have an idea of what I can do and what I need to be useful in these fights. Can't wait and thanks for the help. Fastest sub to a gaming channel I've ever handed out! Great job, keep up the work!
10/10 Clear, concise, to the point, great editing.. and your extra effort in to showing of details like the wisps and such were very much appreciated. thank you!
Just got back to the game after two or more years and this is probably the best resume of the entire Eidolon Hunting mode. Still overwhelming, but now I have an idea of where should I start. Thanks a lot for this video!
You deserve way more views on this video mate. It's the best explainer I have seen so far, even some of my other go to channels for warframe info have yet to be so clear and concise in how to do the Eidolon hunts. I could have done with finding this video a month ago when I first started trying to do the hunts. Seeing as I mostly play Solo (five kids equals a major need for pause, and pretty lacklustre internet speed, on a side note, does anyone else think that the game times you out super fast now if you leave it paused too long?) My first several attempts at the hunts were pitiful exercises in getting my butt handed to me. The is for the hard work mate and keep it up, looking forward to more content from you.
This is the best guide on RUclips on eidolon hunting. As a obvious noob on a hunt it is overwhelming and ALOT to take in. I am very interested in getting better. But I will take it but by bit and I’m sure like everything it will slowly become easier.
I already know how to eidolon hunt, but I really enjoyed listening to your video guide. It was very well explained, and concise. Easy to understand and packed with good info. Definitely subscribed
Dude, yes, so awesome! This is the video I've been looking for, a simple and comprehensive guide to the fights and mechanics all together. I was so confused by a lot of details like how you charge the lures etc, while this video captured it all. Thanks for making my life easier sir!
One of the most important things is if your lower level or amp is a stock YOU will not be to much help if not a burden dont enter in a random squad with high players or if so ask if they mind. If two lower level teammates enter with two high levels you will most likely not get past the second round and screw your team so enter into the single hunt which is much easier and is ment for the lower level players.
Been hunting Eidolons for weeks, but you've managed to clear up some misunderstandings iv had. Thank you, this has been an amazing guide, I'm mad I did not find this sooner.
Great video! Detailed, concise, high-quality, with a tasteful amount of wit. Felt like a buddy was explaining the whole system to me instead of an over enthusiastic lecture. Earned a sub!
I'm kinda New in the game (2 months), and trying to understand This Overcomplicated game. But still really understand all the concepts showed in this Video. English is not even my mother language, but the Quality and Effort you put in this Video, made it just Concise, Precise and at the Right Pace. I love everything about this video. They you speak, how the video was put together, the order of wich content is presented. Everything feels so right. I hope you upload more.
Dude, great job on the video, made it easier to understand eidolon hunting. Ill be working towards that now lol. Loved the music 2. This is a well earned sub
I stopped playing warframe for nearly 2 + years because of personal reason. I come back to so many new things and shy away from trying to learn all the new stuff and this video has helped me in understanding this Terry, Harry and Garry stuff. 😊
I agree with others here... this video was very informative, and helpful. And possibly saved me from wasting my time with even trying this aspect of the game as it sounds and looks like the exact opposite of fun.. at least for me.
This is THE best eidolon guide on youtube! Could you also make a video on the attack patterns of the eidolons, and how to best dodge them? (such as the lasers that shoot up from the ground and stuff)
This is such an excellent guide! Thank you for doing this and doing it so well :) Finally a beginner like me can easily gain the knowledge necessary, presented in a way that is not convoluted and messy XD Most RUclipsrs talk way too much and their videos are all over the plays. This is very much clear and concize :) Step by step as it should be, too. You also seemed to have gotten a lot of views for it. It would have been great if you had made more Warframe content. Anyways. Stay healthy and best of luck :)
@Bill Hill that's what most games do did you really think you can just get the rewards without working for it my game every game does this for bosses or raids this is no different

Having 4 corrosive projections and therefore removing all of the eidolon's armour is usually not desirable. People's weapons are usually modded for radiation damage, which deals substantial extra damage to the armor type the eidolons are using (alloy armor if i remember correctly). So if you remove all of their armor you and your squad will loose that damage bonus, resulting in a damage loss in total. The trick is not to remove all of their armor, but most of it, that way you keep your bonus damage while weakening the mitigation the eidolon's armor provides. The same goes for shattering impact - for those wondering, this is a mod for melee weapons that makes your melee weapon permanently strip a flat amount of armor on hit. The sarpa is just a weapon that can apply that effect comfortably, since you can use it at range even tho it counts as a melee weapon. when using shattering impact you want to reduce the eidolon's armor as far as possible without it reaching 0. To find out which eidolon has how much armor i'd have to check the wiki, that number will tell you how often you need to hit the eidolon for maximum effect. I hope that makes some things clear. Tl;dr: If you want to look like a fool, reduce the eidolon's armor to 0 (either by using 4 Corrosive projections or hitting too often with shattering impact) in order to REDUCE your own damage and then brag about it in some comment section to show you do not understand what you are doing. :)
@@xxyWolf idk why you got trigerred or started to assume that I am bragging but yea nice explanation. Also I guess I messed up since I wanted to say 3 CP instead of a full squad. Sorry if I offended you in any way by commenting mistakenly.
Cool guide! Very clear! Small note before you catch shit: meta is usually pronounced with an e sound similar to the hek shotgun. So 'mehta' instead of 'meeta'.
Obviously this guy has no idea what he is talking about, I mean he didn't even curse 500 times like a 10 year old. Gahhh. Thank you, sir and well done!
awesome guide man, comprehensive as fuck, 2 thumbs up, I wish other people trying to do guides like this, most of the time I 'm left more lost then when I listened or read them.
nice guide covers alot of the info needed for this, but missed afew lil tips like the sarpa an shattering impact to remove some armor to allow team to deal more damage when eidolons are emerging from the water they are able to have there sheilds damaged when Harry/Garry emerging from the water if you know which side of the lake shore they come from the wisp user can spam at the shore to make a nice pile of wisps without having to wait for it to be at the shore. to make sure no kavat has the mod sharpened claws on as if you want to strip armor you will need controlled armor stripping not AI controlled armor stripping.
Fantastically well done guide to get you started. Really impressive stuff, great job! If you're going for 5x3's and such, there are a number of things you want to do differently than this though.
That guide is actually detailed than most ones I listened to even ones that have many more likes and views than this one but tbh they were all mostly bad i didnt understand much from them but this one actually explains everything idk if u actually did a video with every frame for eidolons hunting or u actually said all of them in here I was abit sleepy at then but thought I'd leave a good comment before i sleep haha so really good job and keep up the good work it actually helped me understand lots of stuff and what i was doing wrong so really thanks again :D

TY
Wanted to get into hunting but after seeing this video I gave up godbless you saved me from a lot of headaches
Just wait until Scarlet Spear comes back to farm Arcanes.
Appreciate the thoroughness and the professional delivery of this video.
Really detailed, informative video. Have yet to do an Eidolon hunt and this is really helpful. Look forward to the next video.
10/10 Clear, concise, to the point, great editing.. and your extra effort in to showing of details like the wisps and such were very much appreciated. thank you!
I am mr21 and have never even attempted an eidelon. After watching this video, I still have no clue what's going on. Like, at all.
By far the best breakdown to hunting Eidolons. Thank you for this. I understand better how to capture one because of you. 👍🏼
This is the first video that I've come across that explains the process so clearly and concisely.
You have no ideia how many guides I saw. And your guide is the only one that is actually logical. Plus I like your voice.. It's very soothing
this was extremely useful and still up-to-date
All this time I've been reading it "Gara THOT lake" and then I laughed at my self
You can read me a bedtime story any day
Your voice is amazing
Daaaaamn dude, this video was the best guide I've seen to any aspect of anything
Great video! Detailed, concise, high-quality, with a tasteful amount of wit. Felt like a buddy was explaining the whole system to me instead of an over enthusiastic lecture. Earned a sub!
Concise and helpful. You explained more in seven minutes than most people have in thirty.
Awesome video. First one i've seen that lays all the basic know how, for the players new to the whole scenario. Sub well earned Faceroll.
The game is so in depth and there is so much to do, which is why I really like it.
Tip: Hopping on a KDrive will also prevent magnetic procs
Seriously
interesting. That will probably be patched sometime. I use 2 electric arcanes on my frame that combined lead up to 100% and nullify it.
But why the hell would anyone try to do that?
@@iamthestormthatisapproaching69 To surf the waves of the magnetic blast bro.
@@RaithSienar lmao
outdated, but gets all the basics across. This is a really well put together video, definitely deserves my subscription
its very nice of you to warn about spoilers, thank you.
One of the most informative videos with information most beginner guides skip. Thank you.
I'm kinda New in the game (2 months), and trying to understand This Overcomplicated game.
But still really understand all the concepts showed in this Video. English is not even my mother language, but the Quality and Effort you put in this Video, made it just Concise, Precise and at the Right Pace.
I don't think I can complete all the steps needed (cuz Resources), but this 19min felt to me like hour of Learnings.
Thanks for your content.
I love everything about this video.
They you speak, how the video was put together, the order of wich content is presented. Everything feels so right.
I hope you upload more.
This video is litteraly a master piece. Helped me so much and it's such a well made video.
You get a sub. If your videos are like this for all things Warframe, I will be glad to watch!
Still the best video on the subject that I have found, watched more than 10 before and only this one cleared things up :)
Thanks for the video, appreciate the amp + focus + arcane overview
Dude, great job on the video, made it easier to understand eidolon hunting. Ill be working towards that now lol. Loved the music 2. This is a well earned sub
hands down the best video tutorial I've seen on Warframe no matter the topic
I stopped playing warframe for nearly 2 + years because of personal reason. I come back to so many new things and shy away from trying to learn all the new stuff and this video has helped me in understanding this Terry, Harry and Garry stuff. 😊
I agree with others here... this video was very informative, and helpful.
And possibly saved me from wasting my time with even trying this aspect of the game as it sounds and looks like the exact opposite of fun.. at least for me.
Man your voice is soothing to hear....... And ofcourse thanks for the helpful video
What an amazing video man, this is the type of content i love to see, you just earned another sub :)
This is THE best eidolon guide on youtube! Could you also make a video on the attack patterns of the eidolons, and how to best dodge them? (such as the lasers that shoot up from the ground and stuff)
Very good guide. Short and straight to the point. Thank you. Keep it up.
This is such an excellent guide!
Thank you for doing this and doing it so well :)
Finally a beginner like me can easily gain the knowledge necessary, presented in a way that is not convoluted and messy XD Most RUclipsrs talk way too much and their videos are all over the plays. This is very much clear and concize :) Step by step as it should be, too.
You also seemed to have gotten a lot of views for it.
It would have been great if you had made more Warframe content.
Anyways.
Stay healthy and best of luck :)
This is way more complicated than I thought.
@Bill Hill this game is built to farm stuff.. so rng in this game is God
@@crossltg8329 basically the orokin vaults are your friends.
Same
@Bill Hill that's what most games do did you really think you can just get the rewards without working for it my game every game does this for bosses or raids this is no different
@@pancakes7483 nah most games don't do that most games have level systems where when you reach a certain level you just unlock whatever. Your dumbass must play a lot of rng dependant games which is fine but don't try to act like thats ever been normal for videogames as a whole.
I just got back to warframe since the plains do eidolon update... and I’m glad I saw this... although I’ll bookmark my comment and this videos for my future self. This is how I know this is the actual video I’m looking for.
P.s. future me, your level thing is 7 and you are you are still waiting on the limbo parts to craft...
The Best Eidolon guide by far
People: do 6x3s
Me: can’t even kill a single teralyst in one night
Amazing high quality guide. Keep the good work up.
Fantastic video, I've completed countless hunts, but I still learnt a couple of things. Keep it up!
Thanks, One of the better explanation I've seen so far
Honestly the best guide for this I have seen.
This is exactly what i was looking for, thank you for the knowledge
Also shooting having a full squad of corrosive projection helps a lot.
Or if you are planning to solo like me get Sarpa with Shattering Impact.
Tl;dr:
If you want to look like a fool, reduce the eidolon's armor to 0 (either by using 4 Corrosive projections or hitting too often with shattering impact) in order to REDUCE your own damage and then brag about it in some comment section to show you do not understand what you are doing. :)
@@xxyWolf idk why you got trigerred or started to assume that I am bragging but yea nice explanation. Also I guess I messed up since I wanted to say 3 CP instead of a full squad. Sorry if I offended you in any way by commenting mistakenly.
For the maximum efficiency : 3 CP with 2 people having CD and one without it
Cool guide! Very clear!
Small note before you catch shit: meta is usually pronounced with an e sound similar to the hek shotgun. So 'mehta' instead of 'meeta'.
meta is for pussies
I only just discovered this video, but it's amazing. Thank you so much for this.
Obviously this guy has no idea what he is talking about, I mean he didn't even curse 500 times like a 10 year old. Gahhh. Thank you, sir and well done!
This is a really exhaustive guide, thank you
A little late here, but honestly, this is the best video out there explaining everything I needed to know. Nice job.
Simply brilliant keep the extraordinary work!
Nice, clean, smooth it's just perfect!
awesome guide man, comprehensive as fuck, 2 thumbs up, I wish other people trying to do guides like this, most of the time I 'm left more lost then when I listened or read them.
nice guide covers alot of the info needed for this, but missed afew lil tips
like the sarpa an shattering impact to remove some armor to allow team to deal more damage
when eidolons are emerging from the water they are able to have there sheilds damaged
when Harry/Garry emerging from the water if you know which side of the lake shore they come from the wisp user can spam at the shore to make a nice pile of wisps without having to wait for it to be at the shore.
to make sure no kavat has the mod sharpened claws on as if you want to strip armor you will need controlled armor stripping not AI controlled armor stripping.
Fantastically well done guide to get you started. Really impressive stuff, great job! If you're going for 5x3's and such, there are a number of things you want to do differently than this though.
Wow just wow... This is by far the best explainatory video in regard to eidolon hunting great job and keep it up
Keep content coming my dude
That guide is actually detailed than most ones I listened to even ones that have many more likes and views than this one but tbh they were all mostly bad i didnt understand much from them but this one actually explains everything idk if u actually did a video with every frame for eidolons hunting or u actually said all of them in here I was abit sleepy at then but thought I'd leave a good comment before i sleep haha so really good job and keep up the good work it actually helped me understand lots of stuff and what i was doing wrong so really thanks again :D
epic video sir, please do more like this, your video taught me more than all the others ive seen together, please do more,
Love it man, coming from reddit. Nice guide and will use it to go forward with the hunt
DAMN,now this is quality.
I thought I knew just about everything I needed to know. Thanks for the little bit extra info even tho I’ll probably never ever use it
Wow, I really didn't know how to best this guy.
This really helped me understand Eidolons! thanks!
perfect video and very well explained which has helped me to take part and complete the hunts, thank you for your time and effort
I've played warframe on and off since it came out on xbox but how in the hell is a casual player looking into the new items and things in the game are we going to know you have to do all this its insane lol beautiful video hahaha. thank you I have come to the conclusion I will never get any
of these items lol . Thank you great sir.
U dont have to do all this bs, just get lures and shoot with amp. Done
Absolutely marvelous guide. Sub earned!
Brilliant video, with excellent information. Thank you!
Great quality mate, keep them coming
Very nice guide. Thank you.
One other easy trick to get out of Archwing without losing a stack: Pull out your K-drive while in Archwing. You can dismount that then immediately with no risk.
(And as a side note, K-drive will also let you ride through the energy spikes without losing energy)
Or dont bring melee at all >.
