- In the aftermath of Ciro’s death, Genny is left to face a Naples once again on the brink of fighting and bloodshed. With Sangue Blu taking back his grandfather’s kingdom and the Capaccio crew making their moves on the Secondigliano turf, Genny’s sole remaining option is to bring in a new player: the Levante family. For a while, their involvement gives Genny a newfound balance on the map of gangland power, and as he starts to shed his old criminal past behind, he dreams of setting up a life for his son entirely different to the one his father left him.
But it’s never as easy as it seems to get away from your roots. As the truce between the crime families becomes increasingly frail, Genny is about to learn why his father decided to keep the Levante family out of North Naples, and to find out just how fragile a newfound balance of power can be.

You can change the language settings on hbomax . Keep looking , it's there.
There is not any italian or English dubbing,the whole series is in Neapolitan,which is not understandable from people in the majority of Italian regions,almost everyone sees it with italian subtitles.
I live in rome and I don't speak napoletan at all,but I can understand it.and I watched all the seasons without any subtitles..it's pure essence.
On HBO MAX you can change from dubbed in English to original language .. once the show starts pause it and an icon shows up where u can choose

He is definitely alive...after he got shot he was picked up by some fishermen who recognized him as "Ciro Di Marzio, boss of Secondigliano" and they took him to a hospital...Don Aniello (the capaccios grandfather) keeps Ciro safe hidden away and sends him to Latvia. Ciro is 1000% alive and well...and reunites with Genny at the end of the movie.
