Best show ever made and Genny is by far the best transformation of any character ever. And if you’ve not seen The Immortal yet, I’d get on that right away. Amazing film! Edit :- I think the subtitles put people off when going to watch this, but it’s a big part of what makes it, I’d have no doubt gave up on it if it was dubbed. The acting is superb, so is the cinematography, and it’s got a soundtrack to match. Lunga vita a Napoli 🇮🇹

This is a great show. The owners of this show should appeal more to the American audience. If people knew about this show it will be up there with Game of thrones. Just watched the 4th season and I was blown away, thirsty for more. Gomorrah is one of the best even with reading subtitles.
exactly, i love this show, in my top 3 of all time easy, yet hardly anyone knows about it outside Italy, it should be huge...maybe because it's not on netflix... and because it's in a foreign language. the music, the cinematography, the writing, all top notch

Genny went from annoying to my favorite character in Gomorra. Hes evil but hes a product of his environment. So are most of the characters in Gomorra

I feel like true gomorah died at the end of season 2. Then they just started throwing more and more new characters at it and Ciro not dying at the end of season 3 was the icing on the cake and the cardinal sin of how to alienate the audience with unbelievable unwindings of season finales. Like a lot of good TV series they lose their way and credibility the longer they churn out the episodes.

- Savastano Clan against Salvatore Conte clan (Paolo Di Lauro and Lello Amato in the real life) Season 2 - Secessionist won the Secondigliano War (North Napoli) 2005 (Lello Amato Clan dominating the drug traffick) Alley boys Bird,Bomber,Track (Vannella Grassi Clan in the real life cuz they from Via Vannella Grassi in Secondigliano) they betrays the Savastanos (like the the Vannella Grassi clan did in the real life Summer 2012) so the story is about 3 clan in 1 territory. Season 3 - From North Naples to the City centre - Blue Blood and his friends from Forcella (Centre of Naples, in the real life Sibillo Clan, Blue Blood is Emanuele Sibillo in the real life, Nickname the Baby Boss as the average age of the Sibillo clan affiliate was around 18 years old). Season 4 - A woman in charge - Patrizia she Is now the boss like Maria Licciardi widow of Gennaro Licciardi the monkey from Masseria Cardone suburb of Secondigliano - The Levante Family (Casalesi Clan in the real life ) the most powerful Italian mafia crime organisation in the past 20 years. Gomorra Is based on real life, no bullshit. You can research online yourself to get more information about the real characters.

I still found Ciro's magical escape a bit annoying and the movie was a bit sh*t.
One of the best shows i've ever watched, and i have watched basically any tv show out there worthwile watching.If if have any doubt watching this, don't because you will not be disappointed!

Bad ass show. One of my favorites
I enjoyed watching with the subtitles. I like the intensity of their Italian...as opposed to an english dubbed by regular actors. I suppose we all learned some Italian in the process, tutto il mond!! Vivo la Scianel!!
You learned Neapolitan . Italian is not like this and people from Rome onward hardly understand strict neapolitan.

Adesso capisco quando la gente si lamenta degli adattamenti italiani relativi ai dialoghi di serie tv estere. I sottotitoli in inglese non rendono quasi per niente

ma che cazz centra, tu lo leggi, come leggeresti anche i dialoghi in Italiano di Narcos che loro hanno l'accento colombiano, è ovvio che anche se è in Inglese, cercano di accentuarlo come noi lo sentiamo (winchester dei simpson)

Grande tutta la serie di Gomorra,quanto mi manca. Nonostante alcune scene brutte ma purtroppo questa è la realtà,serie italiana per me fatta veramente bene. Chissà se ci potrà essere in futuro un seguito lo spariamo tutti,cmq sempre bravo al regista e a tutta la produzione senza dimenticarci degli attori e comparse. Insomma bravi tutti e grandi

Minchia Gennaro già a inizio seconda serie lo aveva superato a Don Pietro, cioè si incaricava lui solo della coca che entrava in Europa, chi spacciava in Germania, Svizzera, Francia passava per Gennaro. E che Don Pietro non era il primo scemo, aveva case palazzi aziende.

Genny's father set himself up to he killed by him to make him ruthless and strong based on Pietro telling Ima that he had a dream and they were looking down on Genny and for not to be scared, to send him to hondorous if he survives he'll be stronger no more a child , the final switch was making Genny believe that his a disappointment forcing him to be ruthless
