I wouldnt say 59 or even 60s these days is really old especially with those who have looked after themselves but yes its very important to keep healthy eating the right diet mentiontioned here and especially cutting out smoking,drinking or taking in moderation.But i might try this ColonBroom out .

Yes, he has money and time to do this stuff whereas most people don't, but that doesn't mean you can't make the time or money to fit this into your average persons food consumption and workout routine. If you make 40,000/year, this stuff is generally easy to accomplish with just a little bit of dedication every day. I'm 26 and i make around that and my grocery list cost about 170 a week, with my work schedule being 05:30-16:00 Tuesday-Friday, and i do regular body weight exercises almost every day, with the convenience of having a gym walking distance from where i live, and i don't even go there for very long, maybe 30 to 45 minutes every few days a week. None of this stuff is hard if you have discipline. Of course, everyone is different and keeping in shape isn't easy, but it's not rocket science either.

Keanu was fifty when he gave that interview to Mens Health and I don't think he looked 31 then either compared to what he actually looked like at 31 he was about 35 when the Matrix came out in 99 he definitely looks older than that he's just an attractive looking older man now instead of an attractive looking younger man and if he says it's genetics I believe him he likes to drink Coca Cola smoke cigarettes and ride motorcycles too which is maybe not very healthy but hey it's his life.

Yes, he looks youthful bodywise. But you defenitivly can detect that his moves a bit slower, his eyes got smaller...and I don't know why he likes to walk around with hair that looks like at least 3 days without washing, and no noticebly hair cut and beard. Gross. And I love him and am a huge fan. But if I'd be his girlfriend, I would get him a cleaner appearance and a better hair cut.
