Squash Dressing

Squash Dressing
3 cups crumbled cornbread
3 cups cubed squash, thinly cubed
1 stick melted butter
1 can Cream of chicken with Herbs
3 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
Pepper to taste
1 small onion, diced (optional)
Preheat oven to 350° and lightly spray an 8x8 casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes until set.
