Gotta recipe you should try, we call em dippers,
Take backstrap or rump steaks and freeze them partially so you can slice thin, maybe 1/8 inch or thicker, by maybe 2x4” ish that part don’t matter too much, after that make sure they are defrosted somewhat enough to be wet enough for shake and bake, panko, or some other coating to stick. Get a pan and put oil in, not enough to deep fry but not as little to fry a steak or something, after coating fry up the pieces it will be really quick not more then a minute or so each side. Then the dipper part is dipping them in a half soy sauce half lemon juice mixture. This is where I was very skeptical at first but the taste grows on you quick and is now one of my favorites.
Hunting with good friends and eating good are two of the best things in hunting. Great show.👍

He looks like he has pretty good genetics, he's big-bodied and has a pretty nice rack. I wish you could get him aged, he looks like a 4-year-old.

Quick question. Why is everyone still calling these "Catch, Clean Cook"...when clearly the *cleaning* is not shown because of RUclips. Isn't it about time that we called them "Catch & Cook"? If there is a link outside of RUclips to the *cleaning* then I understand the name remaining the same. But there isn't. I want to be clear, this is a dig at "RUclips". Not this channel or other hunting channels. I think its time that amazing hunters like him and others who are censored by RUclips start their own platform. RUclips doesn't deserve them.

That deer looks like he's every bit of five years old so... great cull Buck you got there Mikey! That's good deer management their folks. Pay attention because watching good hunters in action is not only good for the deer population it is necessary for a thriving Whitetail population to take out some of these books that are 5 6 sometimes 7 years old, their rack is on the decline they're not going to get any bigger or better of a trophy. Also, damn! That thing went right through him. Even that cold with what I assume was a CO2 powered gun because the tank looked like CO2 and not compressed air. Is it CO2 though? In the future, compressed air seems to work much better in a cold environment. I'm speaking from many countless hours of playing paintball in the winters when growing up. Check out your options on that gun maybe. Maybe put a good regulator on it too so the shot pressure won't change no matter how cold it is as long as the tank has enough for one shot. ;) You can definitely rig one up to it regardless of if the company makes a regulator or not. Just check out some Dye and Smart parts compressed air regulators... Maybe Bob Long as well. I will recommend a particular one but my paintball days were 15+ years ago lol my favorite type of regulators use to be "vigilante" they would only jump pressure around 1-4psi. They were relatively cheap as well. $75 or so and I never found a better one. I tried many high end ones, and nope. I don't know if they still male regulators though. Regulators don't work for crap with CO2 though, for CO2 you use a volumizer/regulator to help. They just don't work as well as compressed air and a good regulator though. That's also a whole big and bulky mess on an air gun.
So to give ya a rough idea of what I'm talking about, you'd put a regulator where the air tank screws in, it should be the same threading as your tank with an O-ring on it just like your tank.. and build a stock to go around it or buy one, then run a micro air line (also for paintball) to an on/off valve up to maybe the front of the gun, really wherever you want to mount the tank (maybe even in, on, or under the stock) it will make your shots MUCH more accurate and reliable for all temperatures. They make regulators that deal with 4,500 psi .. 3,800 is more common but the 4,500 ones aren't hard to find at all. So plenty of pressure for your gun. Check to see if it's compatible with compressed air if that's not what it's already using and look into it maybe. Idk the MOA rating of that particular gun but I'd bet you'll be very happy with the difference in grouping. If the barrels good, the regulator will keep the air pressure the same (within a few psi) shot to shot and your bullets will land bullet on bullet until they're far enough for the wind to effect them.
Lol I get a kick out of some of the crazy air guns they have now and it's cool that they're not regulated at all. I need to get me one. I've put it off for too long. I'd love to get a good one and set good rig up on it like this to make it even better.
