Yes, there are some glitches in the film. BUT, who cares, wonderful film. Love your enthusiasm. Thank you so much. Brings back cherished memories. I am lucky to have an original copy of the rules. Have been painting up the needed figures for the last 18 months in 1:72 tp put the game /scenario on a board. Not far away from it. This motivates me to keep on going. I will pinch the idea you have come up with the smoke signal. Just great. From a couple of yards away it looks so real. Thank you so much for explaining the background how the game came into being.
Great piece of work. Finally seeing the original set in flesh was quite an experience. It looks cool, but - unlike most participation games from big English conventions - actually doable. I have never played Pony Wars but reading it was a formative moment.
Fantastic project ! Love your terrain with this fort , campements , mexican houses and off course the figurines are superbly painted ! Glad to discover your channel . Subscribed .
Played this back in the 80's a couple of times and really enjoyed it, but the prospect of aquiring and painting all those Indians was pretty daunting at the time. Maybe I can now with 6mm.
With such quality footage and content, I wonder when Amazon will make you a multi billion dollar offer to take over Baccus Cinemascope Pictures. :-) Great range of minis, I particullary like the indians and the stage coach. Keep the video and minis coming.
Looks interesting! My only comment would be that the Plains Indian wars weren't in a desert. I have no idea why 99% of gamers seem to think that the plains region of the US is like the Sudan. Grasslands. Green. Not desert.
I could not agree more, BUT, Pony Wars is based upon Hollywood, not history. Even a quick viewing of the sources demonstrates indisputably that the action all takes place in Monument Valley.
Looks superb, splendid table and figures, love the fort and the smoke clouds, so atmospheric! 👍👍

It would be great for the table to have one last hurrah at a show - Joy of 6 2022?
Lovely. Sure I played the game at a show many years ago. The old setup has a lot of charm and as always your new 6mm look top notch.

Ordered the rules from Baccus today. Looks like a fun, and very different game format👍🏼
I used to play pony wars the problem was the amount of figures needed and space, truly a classic.
I really enjoyed that vid. Well done. I’ll be getting a copy.

Love the minis and rules! Where did you get the western music towards the end of the video, I love it!!!
I'm sure I saw those four blokes in an episode of the Sweeney....
Excellent stuff!
Nice one Peter - warts and all!

Narrative requires attention
