- Theme Song No. 3 and this one goes out to everyone's favourite speedy pegasus pony, The one, the only Rainbow Dash.
Rainbow Dash is our kind of gal, she's got a great taste in music, not much to say about this one however, we used Rainbow's lines from Winter Wrap-Up and At The Gala because she doesn't have her own separate song, we find it weird that Applejack's and Rainbow Dash's voice actor and singer Ashleigh Ball doesn't do more singing for my two favourite ponies, considering she's the singer of a band :/ aw well hopefully AJ and Rainbow will get more singing parts in season 2.
Each part in this song represents Dash in some way, The very beginning represents Dash's laziness. It then goes into a fast paced heavy part which represents Dash's love for going fast. The heavy Winter Wrap-Up part represents her love for helping out and staying true to her element of harmony, the calm Winter Wrap-Up part represents her satisfaction after a hard day's work for the weather team, the heavy part right after represents her love for flying, the calm part afterwards represents her brash manner and how it could drive the others away, the heavy At The Gala part represents her dream to fly with the Wonderbolts and finally the calm At The Gala part represents her love for her friends because at the end of the day, they make her who she wants to be. AWWWW.

@@sdmitch16 For this OP, Spectrum is the song that reminds him of the good old days. For someone else it could be Loyalty, Luna, Discord or basically any other 2011-2012 title. 8+ years is a very long time, no surprise many are feeling nostalgic when thinking of the early years of the fandom.

I keep coming back. Acoustic, Mando, Aviators, Tombstone, Odyssey, Toaster, Radiarc, Baschfire, Carbon, Evening Star/Marcus Warner, Tsyolin, Yegorov, Wind Wolf... from 2011 to now we've had so many artists find themselves in the fandom (all listed here musicians of varying genres). Some have gone, some remain, some changed, but I still treasure what each have left because as cheesy as it may be... each of them left a smile for me to find again and again.
I dont even like MLP, but man i always come back to this channel, this was the first song i head from AcousticBrony back on 2011 and i still come back here once in a while.

This song was my very first exposure to MLP. A friend showed me this song and I really liked it so he introduced me to the show and I fell in love with it. I don't openly express it or acknowledge I watch it but I'm a huge fan regardless. This piece is very nostalgic and makes me feel good when I hear it. Gives me chills even.
This is his best song, wherever he is i hope hs is still doing what he loves

It's fitting that RD's music would have a guitar track to it. It's been established in past musical segments, like the "Gala" song, that guitars suit her quite well.
Now I imagine a song centered around dash, who not even knows the royal secret that she is the daughter of celestia. The climax involving RD regaining powers and destroying a great evil, and the end involves RD accepting and even embracing the truth

Gaaahhhh.... I thought of this song today and had to revisit it after six years. Still a great piece, brings back so many memories of early fandom life and makes me feel super nostalgic. Amazing how good music can do that for ya. ❤️

The nostalgia... I miss old times, when I listened to this song, when I was a brony from 1 month, when it gave me so much shivers, when I didn't cared about any problems, because I had ponies and that music. Those were good times.
I cant handle this song. Its great but it gets me legitimately choked up because we cant be in a much happier world like equestria. Such a fantastic place is now and forever a fantasy. This song is almost like a gloat, epic as it is. I nearly cry every time. And its worse cause rainbow dash is my favorite. ;_; its going to get me into a straightjacket

I like listening to this song whenever I feel sad. Parts of the song feel sad, some feel angry, some feel happy, and some feel emotionless. I guess that's why it's called Spectrum, because in covers a wide range of feelings.
I loved how they used this in the death battle video between star scream and dash. It was played right when dashie starts kicking his deception ass.

Welp, almost ten years. Started with Discord and and made my way back here. I remember this is one of the first songs I learned to play beginning to end on the guitar. Listening and learning on my parents crappy 90's desktop, then Windows 7 laptop. Man, those were the days.

Man... where has the fandom gone? I know I'm not the only one to miss the golden brony age.
If I had to guess, is that many are now living with a family of their own, went onto another shows and sometimes life strikes hard that makes people not have free time as we used to.
+Zelos Wilder I know how that goes, I don't really have that much spare time either, actually xD
And though I haven't done anything great for the fandom, I still try to at least let the new comers know about the old good stuff and I try to help them when they want to get started with their fan material.
I guess the fandom means more to some than to others and that makes some guys really want to stick with it even if just for a couple minutes a month.
And although sad, I guess is fine that the ones who left left for whatever reason they did.
But hey, what really makes me ask that question is that, although there are many new guys, some styles have been forgoten, to say.
Let's take for example eurobeat (which was quite common in the early days) which has been forgoten by most.
Or what about that weird awesome style guys like SGaP, And the rainfall and krehün (or whatever you spell it) developed?
One would think, hey, these guys are done with this and moved on, but many more will come to partially fill that void... but it doesn't quite happen. We just keep losing musicians, artists, crafters and game devs and never see them coming back and much less people who claim to be inspired by them follow a bit of their path.

Many leave and almost none fill up the emptyness they left behind.
