Developing a Life Philosophy one can happily live with is the key, I think...and I've been "retired" for 28 years. I turn 87 in a few days and am still enjoying life.
Great. Thanks. Figure out who you want to be and then set up your "dos" to make that happen. Mission, goals, tactics.
I have no problem with projects after retirement with a large home and much property to maintain.
I have checklists and goals galore.
But I desperately miss the human interaction and conversations at work.
Retiring completely alone brings intensive loneliness, especially in the COVID age.
Absolutely feel the same and did not anticipate this.
