The music of today should be like the music it was used to be...What,s happening of the genre today. 2000s music are synthetic music and are almost trash!!! Thanks for this great work. Please do more on 70s, 80s and 90s hits they are all the epitome of true music.
I'm a 70's guy,, and we had it best! No other generation had it as good as we did! Fact! The big war was over ww2 that is for about 20 something years, and modern technology sprang up,, from better stoves, washing machines, lol,, to t.v., radios, recording devices, and medicines, and everything else, that NO OTHER GENERATION ENJOYED! And the music that was created, showed a beauty and love, that is now sadly taken for granted by the young ones!

I was selling whiskey one night outside a knoxville concert. William lee in concert. I sold a lot of whiskey that night. Who else, Willam Lee came walking up He said Hey.man, can I have a jar of that. I said u bet sir,be careful this will knock u off ur ass. He said,,know,just a cold drink of water. He pulled a wad of money. I said NO SIR. The next week I walked into my little local library. The lady said we have recied a 1000.00 dollars from you. It said thanks,William Lee. What a1st class man,to take the time out to allow some children to read. Thx Bill
love this man, and his group ....so many songs over so many years ...so many moments William Lee was always close by with a tune to soothe .His tunes were always exactly what I needed to hear in troubled times,and happy times too ,he would always just say what I was kinda feeling,I always thought it was strange ,but it was the way it was ,cant really explain it properly...long may he continue to have that sort of effect on people A truly incredible talent sent from God .....Thank you God

William Lee Golden is my nephew-by-marriage. His mother, Rutha Mae Golden, was my sister-in-law as my husband was one of her four brothers. Rutha Mae Morgan Golden married Luke Golden, the only survivor of triplets at birth named Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Rutha Mae was the only girl of the marriage issued from the Christian farmer and gentleman, Arthur Morgan to his wife, who was deceased before my husband died. During the early years of the Oak Ridge Boys Rutha Mae wrote the words to many of the Christian songs which the Oak Ridge Boys sang.

Golden is the newest member of the Oak Ridge Boys. He joined then in 2014. He was previously with Harold Reid, Phil Balsey, & Jimmy Fortune who are known as, "The Blackwood Brothers". Golden is from Minnesota.
I love these guys. My favorite 1st band from when I was a little kid in the early 80s. Funny thing. I was watching Duck Dynasty videos on u tube, and this video pops up. Guess it's a beard thing.

Officer, Retired * James Morgan John Pierpont Morgan (Deceased) * Burns Morgan ** Luke Golden pre-deceased his wife, Rutha Mae Morgan Golden ** Rutha Mae Morgan Golden * IDKnow whether Leon, James, and Burns are still living or not. It seems to me that I can remember when Burns died. Burns was a Fast Foods Cook. ** Deceased NOTE: Arthur Morgan lived to be in his 90's and married a 2nd time some while after his first wife, who bore him the 5 children, died. Before her death she became almost insanely jealous of supposed (but untrue) love affairs that Arthur had with other women. So sad! -
