😭 Hear me out, cause girl I have to tell you and if I don’t I’ll feel bad knowing I didn’t pass my discovery on. It is considerably less fiddley if you don’t bend the wing, hold the chain straight beside the center string (your white), tie your forward-backwards knot onto the centre string right beside your last knot, slide it up the string. It’s much easier to see and you’re less likely to get the carrying strings! You can even make all of your wing chains/ knots and push it all up the string at once in you wanted to!

You could add another string and put a bead in the middle off the empty place in the butterfly! You could definitely find a way how hahaha it'd look amazing!

Pins stick beautifully in them and they stay put and don t move. I was able to pin the parts of the wings in place before I knotted them into the bracelet. Really helped.

After you do the square knots, make two sections (both with an equal about of strings on each side). Then you want to do two plaits/braids using these two sections. When you get about 2-4 inches, you can then tie a knot in either end of the plait.

I found out doubling the string helps due to it being thicker. Thicker knots are easier to fold.
