An example of what happens when you do something you clearly don't understand. I don't even think it's an attempt to scam anyone since it wouldn't have cost more to make them right, it's just too stupid.
In my opinion, a bench dog should have a diameter between 19.93 and 19.95 mm. Find a dealer where all types of bench dogs always have a diameter within these measurements.
I bought mine from the company TooHR, but the same Bench Dogs are sold by several different sellers on AliExpress. I have tried several times to get a comment from the seller, without success.

This is proof that you need a Sherline or Proxxon mini mill & lathe! Then you could make your own in whatever style you desire! Hope you’re doing well, as I haven’t seen any new posts from you in a long time!
I've seen them advertised as 19mm & 20mm even on the same sale site!
The ones I bought from state that they measure Ø 19.9 mm. and fits in 20 mm. Dog holes. It's not just that they don't fit that annoys me, I can just turn them down to the right size or get my money back, but what makes me angry is that they are nicely made so if they had set the machine correctly they would have had a very nice product at a very good price. It's too stupid to ruin what could have become a fine business
Hi Harris, i have 4 from ali, 20 mm, metal ones...they only fit on my 1984 BD workmate with little force, not on the Parf holes.....But overall you like the MKII system a lot? I put a Festool mft over mine homemade mft and is 100% identical 😬
I like the idea of the MKII system and I use it a lot but I am not impressed by the standard of their production, you have to be very careful and constantly check what you are doing. I recommend that you use your stop block, it is good for checking the position of the holes but also good for checking bench dogs.
Where did you buy these? Might be good to share in order for your viewers not making the mistake on buying these same bench dogs.
Unfortunately, I cannot make a link to where I bought mine and the same Bench Dogs are also sold by several other merchants, but if you go to AliExpress and search for Bench Dogs, they are easy to recognize.

@@Harris-DIY Thanks! I learned the hard way to always check the amount of orders/reviews on a product. If it's too little, I tend not to buy it from there
Presumably the measurement was correct before they were anodized?
It's a possibility, I'm not an expert in that area, but if you undertake to produce, you should be able to take this into account so that the finished product is usable

There is probably a manufacturer who has failed and some dealers who should learn to investigate what it is they are selling.
